Huge and delicious brisket sandwich with a side of mac n cheese. The brisket chili had big chunks of brisket and was excellent

I gotta say this was a solid mountain meal. Only problem was they didn't have any brisket for lunch because I think someone forgot to turn the smoker on the night before. I can't give a bbq place 5 stars until I try their brisket. Solid spicy mustard sauce paired really well with the chicken and I think would be great on the pulled pork. Good choice in sides from Mac and cheese to salad also beans or coleslaw. I got the brisket chili which was also good and pretty solid. Great service and even had an outdoor bar which looked great for some apres skiing. Now to only try their brisket and maybe be open at night as they close earlier in the evening?

Great restaurant on the mountain. I came on Superbowl Sunday, so I had no idea they were closing early. I spent 9 hours on the slopes and was starving after my watch said I burned 1900 calories. Unfortunately because they were closing early, they ran out of most things. Really all they had that I was considering was pulled pork or chopped brisket. I chose the latter.It was good, not dry at all, even for the end of the day. I just got the regular barbecue sauce, which added that perfect amount of sweetness and tang. The Mac and cheese was delicious, very creamy and sharp.Hopefully I'll be able to give them another try before I leave. I really wanted the ribs!!

Best food on Copper Mountain, this is authentic BBQ and the generously portioned sides we had (fried okra, mac n cheese) were fantastic as well.If you're a whiskey nerd, this is your spot..the indoor bar has a ton of highly allocated bottles with the most reasonable prices I've ever seen. They even have bottles for sale.Don't miss out on this place if you're hitting the slopes!

Great service and atmosphere. Great place for a lunch break from snowboarding. One of my favorite bbq places in Copper.

This is great bbq, on the pricier side but it's at the base of copper mountain and everything is expensive at the village. The bbq is great and so was the Mac and cheese.

Pricey, but that's typical at a ski resort. Great BBQ options when you're at Copper Mountain.

food is great every year. i'm from texas so i can tell real barbecue and this was it. the service is also always great

Wtf!! This pace is delicious! Insanely good bbq for copper. This would be good in Austin. They are trying to make it good here.. definitely stop by

good ski lunch, little heavy. very greasy so will need to wash your hands after. they have a 17% abv beer will need to try.
