Dunkin'

Very upset with my lack of experience here. Arrived to the drive thru at 6:35 to be told they weren't serving food anymore, even though they close at 7. I had a surgery today and was really looking forward to carbs, which I literally never eat. What a complete LET DOWN, not to mention the unempathetic female who clearly doesn't care about customer service and cares more about closing early. I will be contacting corporate over this. Completely unacceptable. Do not come to this location with ANY expectations, they won't be met. So so so unfortunate. Dunkin has really gone downhill. It's not what it used to be. Managers, do you even care, is this real question? What are you doing about your employees who close the shop almost 30 minutes early and create negative experiences like this for customers? Do you think we'll be back? No. Then add this review and hopefully others will boycott as well. DO BETTER!

The donuts here were so good! I'm glad they finally opened a location on GOG rd. The service was good and quick. I highly recommend this place!

Went to grab a breakfast sandwich this morning and it wasn't great. My husbands was fine but I ordered the maple bacon sandwich. What could be wrong right? My sandwich had one strip of bacon cut in half for the whole sandwich. LESS THAN McDonald's gives you. Worst of all they have the new loaded tots. It was so bad I hardly have words. The picture on the sign shows tots loaded with cheese jalapeños and bacon....they were about $4. Look at the picture below to see what they actually were. I you are thinking about buying them...just.....don't. There were a total of 7 tater tots and welll...look at the picture. So bad!

How amazing was it to see a DD on Garden of the Gods road AND outshining the Starbucks nearby! (Sorry Starbucks but you have nothing on DD!) East coast just keeps moving west! Love love love DD, and this store was not a disappointment. Rio, the drive-thru, employee was so nice! She made my drink just as ordered! Definitely will come back here!
