Dunkin'

We decided to drop by around 4pm and get a donut for out toddler. They closed at 8pm, so I figured they made donuts throughout the day. When we got there, there were only three types of donuts (strawberry sprinkles, watermelon, and one maple). Not even just regular glazed. It was odd. They close at 8pm so what do they do when they run out of donuts. It's a donut shop. I looked on ubereats to see what they had available, and it looks like there are a ton of flavors. So, if I ordered through uber eats, would they make fresh donuts? I used to live in NY when I was a kid (back when it was Dunkin' was only in the east coast), and I always loved the donuts. Now, it just sucks. Plus side, the cashier was friendly.

$16 for a dozen of dry donuts! Came mid morning and selection already picked over and far from fresh.

My father-in-law picked us up donuts from this new location. He said the selection of cake donuts was very minimal, so he only got us pumpkin and blueberry. I will say the pumpkin was really, really good. He also grabbed apple fritters. I would skip these next visit. They seem more like cinnamon rolls. Maybe they informed him incorrectly.

Out of everything. Only 3 typs of donuts left. Not enough to fill a dozen box. Ordered breakfast bagles, no bagles, no croissants, only sourdough bread. The manager really needs to do something, know your inventory. Do more prep. It's Saturday at 11:30 am, says there open till 7pm, or just till you run out of what's left?......

I am baffled by the previous reviews. I walked in and was warmly welcomed. They had many varieties of donuts to choose from. The cashier was finishing up a previous order and apologized for the delay while another very pleasant employee came from the back to help me. I had a great experience. I hope maybe you can give them another try.

Very clean and bright inside. Service was very slow. Staff is overwhelmed. My chai was not stirred very well. Donuts were great!

Donuts are not made on the premises. That about sums it up. This is now a common practice for Dunkin - focused on coffee (equally terrible).

Literally the WORST Dunkin I have ever been to and I gave it several chances. Yes it is clean and a great location but the service is horrible and I can guarantee they won't have what you want. You would think they have been open long enough to figure things out but definitely not. They never have any selection on ANYTHING, so if you have something in mind you are wanting and don't just want whatever has been picked over and left, just drive the extra distance to another location because this one definitely won't have it. Highly do NOT recommend

I'm really sad to write this review because I had a lot of hope for Dunkin, but today I ordered a blended mocha coffee and it was so sour and melted and I couldn't drink it. I also order a breakfast sandwich which was a little burnt but fine, but I ordered a donut and they ran out even though I placed a mobile order before they were sold out. I'm very surprised that the coffee is so sour and had a weird aftertaste. I also feel kind of sick now and I do not know why

Usually I have a good experience coming here, but the past couple times I had came the customer service was not good and employees were giving attitude for no reason. They also gave us the wrong drink and cold food.
