Communicate! I've been going for a while now and i go every couple months for a tournament and every time I've had a great team working with me! Prices could be list a little better but theres not a better shop with a better atmosphere in Colorado springs

Cool place to hang out but the shop is sketchy. No prices are listed and you have to trust them to get the pricing correct. They tried to charge me foil pricing for a full-art card that wasn't foil and insisted it was the correct price until I brought up TCG on my own phone. It was a difference of 20 bucks. Don't shop here without researching pricing first!

This place is pretty sweet. Loads of tables. Coffee corner with snacks. Some games, some figures, dice, game stuff and a corkboard to post a note and try to organize/meet others for games. I only wish everything wasn't on facebook. Discord maybe? There could be a huge room for growth if there was a better way to meet and find new people for new games.Perhaps social events just to hang and mingle or a LFG event would be useful. Otherwise a cool spot to hang and play tabletop and rpg! I'm sure I will be back at some point.

Atmosphere is so pointless. A drink was spilled on my 2011 spellground here. There's a bunch of dumb girls here too, all they wanna do is yap so forget getting serious (full of distractions and fools) Lighting is so awful in most the store to create some lame dungeon effect. This place really is a dungeon. Especially for cards what card shop doesn't have enough in the case unless it's a miserable one?

Has been a friendly and inviting place to host our Go/ Baduk Club meetings (Elevation Go Club). The staff are absolutely wonderful.

Great strip mall gem and wonderful for kids. I was looking for a place to spend a couple hours indoors to beat the heat while visiting the Springs, and found this spot. Kids loved it. They have a great selection of board games for all ages, and we were able to play some games we hadn't tried yet. The coffee is great and the kids enjoyed their smoothies. The D&D themed decor is rad, and they also have a great selection of games and materials for sale, as well as local artist crafts. Ended up coming here a few times during our recent visit.

Great place for games and community. Very clean. They have the most sugar-free options for coffee flavors. The staff and owners are wonderful people. Would like non-carb snacks, but overall great place to stay/play/study.

Amazing game store! HUGE gaming area, tons of events, excellent options for singles, expansive board game selection, and an IN STORE CAFE! Drinks, food and fun all in one! This place has excellent atmosphere and theming - all kinds of props and displays really makes it feel like your gaming cave away from home.Did I mention they are FRIENDLY, CLEAN, AND have great prices? If you haven't checked this place out - you really are missing out!

I was forced to resign because of harassment and retaliation from a manager and one of the owners that was not taken seriously. I no longer felt safe working there and had to resign for my safety. This place used to be the best store in town and I went there religiously. I can no longer support this store because of the constant disregard for my safety. If only this store stopped caring more about profit and cared about their employees. I have heard from two other women who used to work there that they were forced out. One of the owners has a habit of anger outbursts as shown by numerous other reviews on google maps as well as my own experience with his anger.

If YOU choose to accept Credit Cards, the fees are YOURS.At least you should be upfront and warn your customers that you are UNFAIRLY putting the fees of YOUR business unto them.I'll never be back.Your business practices are repugnant!
