I had a cracked iPad screen that needed to be fixed ASAP as I use it for work. I called ahead to see if they had the part I needed and was quoted the lowest price from any other repair shop I contacted. Because they are open the latest (8pm) as well, I chose Dr. Phone Fix. When I got to the store around 6pm, I was greeted by an awesome associate named Jesse. He informed me that it may not be done by the end of the night. Once I told him I couldn't be back the next day to pick it up, he offered to stay after hours to make sure I got my device back the same night. Jesse also fixed the home button on my device for FREE, which I was told by U Break I Fix would cost over $100 to repair!Customer service like this is rare, and I would highly recommend stopping by if you need a repair.

I accidentally washed my iPhone in the washing machine and it almost instantly died. I thought for sure I was going to have pay $600 for a new phone. These guys took incredible care of me. For $130 I was able to get a fully repaired phone. Impeccable service from them. The owner even tried to bring my phone to me at work! Great experience, value and product.

Competent repairs, but not as quick as advertised. I guess 4 hours equals 240 minutes, so, technically speaking, they DID repair my phone in minutes. 240 of them.

I don't even want to take the time to write out everything that has been wrong with my experience but to sum it up on January 11th I took my laptop into the South Academy location I let them know I don't know what happened it was brand new I used it for a few months and one day I went to turn it on it wouldn't turn on didn't seem to be charging I paid the $35 Diagnostics fee and was told somebody would call me back within a few days that never happened I had to call them he apologized and said someone would call me back no one did I went in person the lady at the front desk told me the computer repair guy wasn't in so I came back after not receiving another call and was told the store was broken into and everything was stolen and that they would replace my laptop so I don't hear from him for another few weeks I go back in and I'm told nevermind it didn't get stolen they're still working on it I explained I was mad they apologized he said he had ordered a charger port tried that it didn't fix it tried a new battery didn't fix it different charger and told me that likely would be best to order a motherboard which was going to cost $135 plus labor I paid $75 and told him when it was fixed and I could check it I would pay the rest that was roughly around the beginning of April two and a half months after I brought them my laptop so another few weeks goes by I hear nothing from him I call I leave messages nothing nothing that I finally get a hold of them and I'm told that they ordered the part from China in that it couldn't be shipped because of the virus now had that been the case and only the case I would have been fine with it we couldn't control the virus however before the virus there was plenty of time to fix it or tell me you can't give it back I have not spoken to them since that conversation I have been calling for weeks I have left easily 100 voicemails I have gone to all three locations that have all been closed even though it says the Austin Bluffs location is open I've messaged on Facebook I sent emails they have had my laptop for 6 months I don't know if they fixed it if they've even tried they've taken over $100 from me Have not done a single thing they said they would do and basically they weren't lying when they said that they got stolen they just didn't mention they're the ones that stole it I want my laptop back I want my money back and I want compensation for all my time I've had to waste on top of the fact I went and bought another laptop because I couldn't get ahold of you this is the worst service I've ever had from any business anywhere this place is a joke and I think that any reviews that are good are lying that's not even everything that happened do not waste your time
