Downtown Fine Spirits and Wines

All I can say right off the bat is what a phenomenal selection of whiskey (and even some whisky from outside the US). From Scotch to Irish to Bourbon to American Whiskey - this place has it all. Plus, all the wine, beer, and other alcohol you may be seeking (they even had a few bombers of Deschutes Abyss from a few years back I believe is no longer being produced).The staff was welcoming and quite helpful. One of the gentlemen took me through the "Spirits Room" and showed me all the current offerings of barrel picks the owner selected. I greatly appreciated the 5 minute tour, but had so many choices and questions spinning through my head after.There is also a nice section of Colorado whiskies to the right of the main checkout counters that is nice touch.But why is this a 5 star review? Plenty of Colorado liquor stores have good selections and friendly staff. The reason I went 5 stars here is just the overall volume of bottles I had never seen, stacked floor to ceiling (and sometimes a few on the floor as well, so watch your feet!).I ended up walking out with a couple of store picks and cannot wait to crack them open in the near future.If you are in Colorado Springs and close to downtown - you must check this store out! Give yourself some time though, as there is so much to see and choose from.

It's only been a couple of months but we stopped in today and had fun browsing the shelves. We walked out with a few more amazing bottles for our collection, a gift for my brother (thank you!) and friend and had a great conversation and many questions asked. Thank you so much!

We were staying at a Colorado Springs Hotel and ran out of wine so I Yelped & Google a wine store in the area, this one was farther than a couple of other options but I had a great feeling about this one... We got there and immediately were greeted by Wednesday (that's her name) who really helps us finding what we were looking for. The store is a drinker's heaven, you can find a massive inventory of spirits, and a very decent variety of fine wines. Prices seems right in most cases and the options on special are close to be the best prices on the country!When we finished buying and got to the car we realized that having some ice was important to cool down on bottle of PlumpJack Chardonnay Reserve, so my girlfriend went in and immediately came out with Wednesday and a large bag of ice (no charge). I strongly recommend the products and services of this place.

What a great place! Lots of store picks, lots of bourbon, lots of whiskey. I was really impressed with the selection.

Amazing selection, very helpful staff. Lots of things I didn't know I was looking for, went in for an odd bottle winesearcher told me they had, left with a case of assorted oddities. The store seems a lot smaller than it is, make sure to explore around / ask for advice!

Gregor has the epitome of spirits & wine in a fun eclectic atmosphere. Every question can be answered if it has to do with wine or spirits. Love this store! It's like a booze museum.

Seriously...whatever you want or think you want, this place has. Packed into this corner building and lot is 90% of all liquor you can ask for along with hundreds of local, domestic, and foreign beers and everything your heart desires. My favorite beer is Delirium Nocturium, a Belgian, which is very hard to find. But of course, they have it. Thinking of a sake night with a few different bottles, they have a small but respectable amount of choices. But they of course have all the basics like your local awesome Colorado beers, most liquor imaginable including an incredible selection of Scotch's and whiskeys, and a room devoted only to wine. The pricing is also very reasonable for a liquor store. Don't waste your time anywhere else. Go here and you'll want to stick around to look at all the cool bottles. They also have a parking lot!

Be prepared to buy more than you intended. They seem to have everything you could ever want. I was looking for kirsch. I needed only a little for baking. I wish I'd seen the little bottle at the register before, but the help is very good. I couldn't find it anywhere else. Years ago we had some Pusser's Rum while vacationing overseas. No one else had that either. They have an amazing selection.

Not very hospitable to out of town guests. I came here from out of town and saw the great reviews so we decided to check it out. They wouldn't sell to us because we weren't local. Definitely wouldn't waste my money here if your from out of town.

This liquor store has it all- and more! It's the place to go when looking for an impressive or whimsical hostess gift, or a hard to find bottle of spirits. I recommend this store to everyone, as if it were an iconic tourist spot. It's unique and quirky- unlike your typical liquor store.
