Its always clean and the staff has always been nice enough, I just feel like they're perpetually understaffed. Reasonable selection but not as much as you find in the larger stores

I had terrible customer service at my most recent visit here and the only reason I am give this place 2 stars is because the cashier helping me was working her butt off. Kudos to you Brenda. The only cashier. As for the lazy worker who noticed the line going all the way down the isle and instead of taking the initiative to help Brenda decided continuing to fill balloons was more important. She couldn't help her self but she rudely yelled at an employee coming back from break "are you on the clock yet?" So to Jeanna, future advice. Next time step up and help your coworker out. Customer service is not ur fortè and next time a customer calls you out on that your response should not be telling them to get back in line and go ahead and complain. Because they probably will.

Dollar.25 Tree has a decent selection of items, one of the older lady working in the afternoon was attentive and tried to offer customer service, the male manager was sort of rude and not very understanding of the situation. Didn't want to bother answering my question about the tax rate.

On Saturday December 5th at 11:05 AM I was in line to check outAt the Dollar Tree here in Canon City. There was a guy in front of me that did not have a mask on. I am a travel ICU RN & I was looking at him as he placed his hand in his sleeve over his mouth. He then asked me if I "have a problem?" I replied "yes, you're not wearing a mask like everyone else in this store. I told him I am a ICU nurse and our state is under a mask order." He removed his sleeved hand from his mouth and said "there, Im not wearing a mask at all & called me "Karen" as if thats some sort of insult. I will be a "karen" when it comes to people not wearing masks. I've been all over this country in the past 10 months and pulled sheets over so many deceased patients...I have lost track of that number. The problem I have with Dollar Tree is the cashier at the register proceeded to chit chat with this man and his wife. Once they were checked out at the register the cashier very loud and nicely told them to " have a GREAT DAY" but when I checked out she did not say one word to me. I was in my lawful right to call this man out. We have a state mandated order which is the LAW. Not wearing a mask in public is a civil crime. The cashier had every legal right to ask the man to step outside for the heath and safety of the other customers. She chose not to do this. I will be calling their headquarters in Virginia on Monday morning for her rudeness and disregard for Colorado state law.

Go here alot and last night twinkle toes was complaining to all the customers in his line about not getting his breaks, I think this is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL oh and he said he was the assistant manager that makes it worse, then I hear the other cashier lady talking ruddley to a little old man he looked very sad when he walked out the door . I have been in customer service for 25 yrs and this type of work attitude would have never been tolerated. Usually most employees are very nice though
