Assholes who almost ruined the experience for me and my friends. Laughed at our idea of a small word tattoo on the phone, wanted to charge us an absurd price, and the guy thought that he should be the one choosing our font instead of my friend because "he's the tattoo artist". We left and found a different shop near Denver who made the process enjoyable for everyone

Literally the WORST place to get a tattoo. I feel like this one tattoo artist was such in a rush to finish that it made my husbands tattoo come out looking all swollen and ugly. He bled a lot and after a week or so the ink started to come out! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

These guys did amazing work. After heebee jeebees decided to close up before our appointment without calling me to inform me. They did a fantastic job on my wife and I. We will recommend them everywhere.

I'm from Las Vegas and was visiting family in Springs.. My sister, sister in law and I got matching tattoos. We love them! Everyone was so accommodating and so personable. The artists introduced themselves with a handshake. My artist was Josh (I believe that was his name) any way he was wonderful!! I will go there again for another tattoo next time I visit again, prices and work definitely beat Las Vegas!!

Brutal Nation Ink is a great Colorado Springs tattoo shop. The artists at Brutal Nation are clean, professional, and do great work. I know many people who have gotten several tats from there and they were all pleased. Brutal Nation caters to their customers and make every effort to give you a tattoo that reflects your artistic desires. If you are looking for a Colorado Springs tattoo shop, I highly recommend visiting Brutal Nation Ink.

Barron was professional, VERY talented, and friendly. He gets 5 stars. His apprentice was a bit flighty when he went to get supplies.

I recently got a tattoo on my foot with Divine Graphics and had an allergic reaction, it got infected. Emma an artist there said I could leave my second skin on for 1-4 days, I had it on for two days and cleaned it consistently with antibacterial soap 2-3 times a day since it's been off. I have not been to work since getting my tattoo because of pain, and have not gotten it dirty in any capacity. I followed aftercare instructions exactly. Although the artist claimed no fault, I feel disappointed in how it was handled. I sent pictures to Emma asking about it and for help and that I will go to the ER, they told me to use witch hazel and see what the ER said "if I was going anyway." The ER gave me antibiotics and said that it was infected and that it looked like an allergic reaction. I sent pictures of my tattoo after my artists message, and my artist didn't respond for over 24 hours. I only got in contact with my artist when I called the store. Emma saw the pictures (we messaged on Instagram) and said that it doesn't look like it was a fault on their end, and I said I understood. I asked if there was a possibility that I could get a discount on a future tattoo, and they asked "well are you unhappy with how it turned out?" I responded yes, because I had to get on antibiotics and my foot is swollen, it hurts so bad I can't walk and my blisters will probably ruin the tattoo. My artist agreed to a 10% discount on a future tattoo after I brought up a discount (after saying "I'll see if I can do that" "i can probably do that" with a annoyed tone) and said they do touch ups up to 3 months after the tattoo. I feel upset because after I initially told my artist, there was no further concern communicated or any communication without me having to find another way to get ahold of them, about the state of my foot, no apology no concern, their tone of voice seemed annoyed and they did not ask how I was feeling or offer in any way to help. I had to ask for a discount which they did not sound happy about, and I had to call the store to even get in contact with them. I enjoyed my experience as i was getting tattooed but not how this situation was handled. I tried to figure it out privately, but I did not feel like there was an accurate concern met with the state of the issue, and that was disappointing. I feel if there was more concern shown, a response given within 24 hours and just even asking how I was doing I wouldn't be feeling this way. The artist did NOT offer to help me, I don't even know if the ink used was in date, and my artist did not offer to check. The only thing they did was look at the picture and tell me that it wasn't their fault. They did not assure me about anything else or give me any more information. I would like money back on my tattoo because I do not feel comfortable coming back for a discounted tattoo. And since Emma apparently needed to ask somebody to see if they can give me a discount I would like to speak to that higher up the person. When I called to get in contact with the manager he was out of town which is totally understandable, one of the other artists told me the specific ink my artist uses sometimes gives people allergic reactions. Emma did not tell me that at all. Very disappointed in how this has been handled. When confronting my artist, she said that she knows I'm upset that she didn't respond sooner, and took no accountability. She posted about my tattoo, and I messaged her privately to remove the picture twice. She only did when I commented that I had an allergic reaction and that I privately asked for removal of the post which did not happen. Emma does not care about her clients, she only cares about the paycheck.UPDATE: After calling the owner, Gyasi, I received more unprofessional responses. I explained the situation above to him, and explained that I did not feel comfortable returning for another tattoo. He called me childish for posting a review, to which I responded I had tried multiple times to privately resolve the issue with Emma. He called me crazy, and said that he didn't want to help me anyway with a touch up because I was immature and left a review before speaking to him. He said that he would tell artists in the Springs area how awful I am to work with, and refused to tell me what ink was used and what needles were used when I told him I had an allergic reaction, he also called me a liar when I explained that I had an allergic reaction and that when I called another female artist explained to me that ink has had problems in the past. I feel very disappointed in how this has been resolved, and the words chosen by the owner to attack me.They are now sending others to attack me on the internet, about my review.

Got a tattoo by Bob today and he did incredible! Went in to try to make an appointment with him to get the work done and he was able to do it right then! Exceeded my expectations by so much!! I am so thrilled with my new art!!! He was gentle and dealt with me talking probably to much to keep my mind off the spots that really hurt! I would recommend Bob and divine graphics tattoo to anyone and everyone!!

After hearing too many horrow stories, I seemed to sly away from getting a tatoo, something I had always wanted to get, nothing overly huge, just a small ink...However, I ran accross Brutal Nation Ink, here in Colorado Springs. Wow, what a difference, and peace of mind I had after visiting with them. They only use disposable material which is utmost in safety and protection against contamination, that sure put my mind at ease! A super friendly and spotlessly clean studio.Well, I was finally ready, and two days later came in for the job. These guys truly go the extra mile! They welcome and even encourage walk-ins, though you may have to wait for your chosen artist. They first draw a stencil, then make sure you're 100% satisfied, and even take the time to meticulously work with placement exactly where you wish your art to be. Listen, if you're excited but uptight about getting your tatoo, you owe it to your self to give these folks a visit! You'll be glad you did, and I absolutly LOVE my new ink!! Thanks guys!!!
