The tech didn't install the keypad right so now I have to buy a new keypad?! Get some better help and you'll get better reviews.
The technician installed the keypad, sounded like it was working great, but there was a huge bump in the keypad.
The dishwasher looked better when it was broken!

Everyone please DO NOT use D3 Appliances. They will charge you an arm and a leg for their service. We were charged $379 for a repair that only took 20 mins and involved zero parts. Details: We ran the self-cleaning mode on our oven, and the door would not unlock. The technician pulled the stove from the wall (with the help of my husband), took off the back of the stove (which we had already done ourselves), and had to call the oven company for them to tell him where the reset button was. $379 for this. Unbelievable. I expressed my dismay to the management of D3, and they basically ignored me. Please find a different appliance repair company in Colorado Springs. You can do much better. I'm telling all of my friends and family. Note: I have no problem with the technician. I don't believe it was his fault. I have a problem with the owner/management of this company for charging highway robbery.

My brand new Maytag dryer was scheduled for service on January 14, 2025. Three weeks later I'll still waiting and it's January 23. I received a text postponing service yet another week until the 27th. I finally called an Albuquerque family owned business and they came the next day.

This is the second time I've been screwed over by warranty service through D3 for Whirlpool. Be prepared to spend multiple weeks with your broken appliance because they order incorrect parts or they bring parts that are damaged because they aren't inspected after receiving.I hope Whirlpool pulls their contract with D3 because it's bad enough having drum issues and a broken motor on a two year old washing machine AND THEN having to wait weeks on end for repairs because of D3's garbage and less than proactive business practices.

Like D-3/A-OK needs another crappy review, the reviews for Colorado Springs should tell you everything!Whirlpool needs to drop this contract. 2 different appliance issues in the past year and both times a big run around and scheduling issues with D-3 where we were going to be out a refrigerator for 3+ weeks. We've used these guys for 2 decades but ever since they got bought out they have gone seriously downhill - we are done with them.We called Appliance Service, who also contracts with Whirlpool - and they are squeezing us in TODAY.

Brandon K replaced our icemaker one week ago. It has not worked since then. I've made four attempts to contact him, but have not been able to. They apparently have more business than they need and are not concerned about terrible customer service. When I called them today to try to get a technician out here they told me it would be another week. Do not use them.

It's hard to review when my refrigerator was never fixed, however Matt our technician did get Samsung to replace it being it seemed unfixable. The only problem I did have is it took to many appointments and a month to get it all figured out. Realizing our situation is not your typical service problem I would recommend this company for professional service.

Bad communication, phone representatives with attitude. Had an appointment and then they changed with little notification after I had already adjusted my work schedule to accommodate theirs. Then it was changed again and blamed it all on me. They told me they don't ever want to come out for a service call again. Really? Like I would want that again after a negative experience? After reading the other reviews, there seems to be a pattern here. After asking to speak with a supervisor, was told they were going to cancel my appointment. I've called the Maytag repair number and told them about my experience. They said the company had received a notice that they don't want to come back for my needs. Which is fine by me. I told Maytag they needed to end their contract with this company because of their poor customer service.

Honestly, the worst experience I have ever had with a service company.Our new Whirlpool washer stopped working after 3 months. The warranty covered repairs. D3/A-OK refused to honor my appointment time as scheduled with Whirlpool and scheduled one a week AFTER what was originally scheduled.I took a second day off of work to meet the tech who refused to empty the machine (it is full of water and stopped mid cycle) and then told me he didn't have the parts for the repair. The entire house REEKS of rotting water and bacteria. the tech told us it would be an additional 5-10 business days to even get the parts.When the parts arrived, it took them almost a week to come back for the repair. He replaced those parts and the machine is still broken.Now they say we need MORE parts that were not ordered during the first repair. It will be another 5-10 business days to receive those and a week to schedule. I will need to take a third day off work to meet them.It will be almost 2 months without a working washer as a single mom.I contacted Whirlpool Corporate to report the experience. Have not heard back from D3/A-OK appliance on any possible solutions.Completely unprofessional and frustrating. I would absolutely NEVER recommend or use this company again.
