Crumbl - Aurora City Place

SmallI ordered 6 chocolate chip cookies, with a bill around $20. The cookies were hard as a rock and cold. They were also the size of Chips Ahoy cookies. Very different from past experiences with huge, warm and gooey cookies.

The cookies did NOT taste fresh and they kind of tasted not thoroughly done. I have been hearing about the crumble craze and had really wanted to try one of each cookie but I think I'll stick to insomnia cookies. You're paying for very mediocre giant cookies that can be make yourself. At home. Won't be coming back

I have tried Crumbl cookies before and I remember they were very good. I am not sure what happened now?? I ordered their classic Milk chocolate chip at his location and I was totally dissatisfied. The cookie was undercook and oil was almost dripping from the cookie. I threw it away because I couldn't eat. It was horrible. The only thing I can rescue from this location is their employees, they were very friendly, but definitely won't order from this locatio

This was my first time going into this awesome place. Iris and Soraya served us and they were the most wonderful customer service oriented girls. The cookies are out of this world good. The sugar cookie with peach topping was absolutely amazing. Definitely going to recommend this place and 100% going to come back for more.

A nice addition to the town center. Though the cookies I bought were warm and tasty I would like tosee more of a variety and also the space for the customers is so small. You might can fit 15 customers in mine to order then their is the tiniest of waiting section. Those are not a turnoff just recommendations.

These cookies are so good, but very expensive! if they just had the Buckeye as a permanent that would be awesome

Love these cookies and cakes they are delicious!!! Service is very good in-store I'm always greeted by a courteous employee. Stores always look clean and atmosphere is great. Four stars because there is always room for improvement.

The cookies are great, the staff is so quick. My only complaint and the reason for 3 stars instead of 5 is because the store doesn't seem very clean. The floors and walls are gross to look at, especially in a food establishment. Some simple mopping and scrubbing would make a world of difference. Behind the counter seems a little more clean, but you can tell it's not being cleaned/sanitized in between each set of baking which is concerning for allergy reasons. Overall the staff is really nice and friendly though.
