CrossFit Pandora's Box

I was in Colo Spgs for training for a week, and dropped in to several classes the instructors were amazing. Check this place out, local or a visitor to the area it's a gray xfit gym.

This place is awesome. I've been to a couple of gyms in the past and this is my favorite. They do a great job with the people wherever they are at.

Love this gym. Previously a runner and had no idea I was so weak and out of shape until I started working out here. I have recommended this place to a number of friends--with the specials the gym runs occasionally membership has really skyrocketed, which can lead to busy classes sometimes. Also, it seems like with more people we have gradually shifted to shorter workouts (since they are run in heats). Very good mix of young/older, men/women, and everybody is very friendly.It's a lot of fun and a good varied exercise routine.Don't be intimidated, stick with the workouts, and don't forget to take "before" pictures!
