Cross Fellowship Church

I found this amazing church when I sold the pastor a car. He, and his wife, were amazing to work with and were kind and loving all the way through our business deal. Pastor Bender invited me to church, and I went. The entire church is friendly, open, and welcoming. Shortly after my first visit my husband had a heart attack, Pastor Bender, who had never met him, came to the hospital. This pastor, and the church, have been a blessing beyond belief. We look forward to attending for years to come.

Arriving from California 3 years ago, finding a new community of believers where we could worship, find friendships, and grow spiritually was a priority. Judy did some online research and put FBCBF first on the list to visit. We did, and found all that reflected our hearts desire. Dr. Bender's messages are both Bible Based and Life Applicable. A unique talent. The life group (Sunday School Class) was terrific. Friends, growth and fun too. Now I teach one of those classes and our UnSHackled Life Group is the place where we can Grow and Go Together. Come Join US.

I had not gone to church much since I was a kid, some 40 years. When I met my wife 10 years ago, she wanted to go to church so we went to the one closest to our house, First Baptist Black Forest. I have really enjoyed getting to know the fellow members, particularly in Bible study as they are friendly and inviting, as is the Pastoral staff. The lead Pastor, Bob Bender is fantastic. I strongly suggest you try this church regardless of what part of town you call home.
