My sister had her wedding reception at the Cripple Creek Hospitality house on September 9th, 2023.We rented the entire house, that consists of 14 rooms on 20+ acres. It was perfect for our large immediate and extended family to be able to camp onsite and stay in one place. We stayed two nights with our combined 13 children under 10. There was plenty of space outside that felt safe for them to run around and play together. They all enjoyed their morning cup of hot cocoa in the kitchen. The views, the weather, and the hospitality of owners Mike and Rick were all amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better place to dance the night away. The House had multiple large porches with beautiful flowers - this made for relaxing areas with a view, to sit and catch up with family. It also made for some great photos, which I've attached below.Docs food truck is another gem on the property. They serve delicious comfort food which we took advantage of for breakfast and lunch. If you are planning a wedding reception or just looking for a fun weekend get away, I highly recommend the Cripple Creek Hospitality House and Travel Park.

Very cute! Staff Joanne, Sarah, Rick are very friendly, courteous, polite, personable & professional. Joanne welcomed us upon arrival. The hotel is quaint, clean, fun! with some great history! built in 1901. It's got a great deal of charm & character. It's well kept, clean & quiet! Each room has it's own personality! The first day internet was S-L-O-W, my data from my mobile phone was 4x's faster, but you don't come to Cripple Creek, CO for the internet. Whatever the problem with the internet, it was resolved the next day and the rest of my stay. In fact, I enjoyed myself so much, I extended my stay and had the pleasure of staying in 3 different rooms! It has a nice view and surrounded with serene quite.I saw a red fox and it's family there (one of the dens is at the gate of the driveway. One night I went out to my car at night and I saw a deer in the courtyard & the next thing I realized with was an entire herd grazing in the circle!Breakfast was simple & some days the coffee was spot on. It seemed be always freshly made.I look forward to visiting again.

If you're looking for a place that's 1800's and Victorian, you've found it. All furniture is time appropriate and great care has been taken to give this place charm. The prices were good and breakfast was included which was nice considering most places in town are all attached to casinos. If you're in town for the casinos, they're close by and shuttles are available. The hostess (didn't catch her name) was so sweet and pleasant to talk to. If you're a history buff then she has some great tips and can point you in several directions. Lots to do in the area! If I had one suggestion for this place it would be better coffee or a coffee shop.

Can't really walk to town. The inside if this place is very historic. It was an old hospital. The outside front of the house needs some work a bit rundown. The rate included breakfast but you have to go outside to a food trailer. The food was good.Need new mattress in room 203.The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice staff, clean facility with a very interesting (and preserved) history as a hospital. We really enjoyed exploring the facility and looking at the medical devices scattered throughout. Our room was clean, nicely decorated but somewhat small. The price was reasonable. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is the sound deadening between the room is non-existent. When the room next door took a shower at 0400, we got to enjoy the water running into the tub, them splashing around and opening and closing drawers....

Yep - as everyone else has pointed an absolute 5 star--no doubt about it--the most hidden gem in Colorado. An old hospital for teller county each of the patients rooms have been remodeled for hotel! Original transom frame and glass! It's almost something from a movie! Old portraits and antiques as well! You guys must must must see this place!!!!

The owner checked us in was very pleasant and informative about the hotel and it's previously being a hospital. We were able to see several rooms when we checked in because the doors are left open for viewing and it really gave you any feeling of but the hospital was like back in the early 1900s. The decorations and items in the hotel give you a feel of the era back then but still the modern comfort of today. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone needing a cultural experience while in town for gambling or the Gold mining tour.

This place is wonderful. The building is beautiful, the room was comfortable and it's very clean. The breakfast that comes with the room was very good and the staff at the food truck were also very friendly. The price for the room was very reasonable. We stayed in the Nursery, which was ample for the two of us. This would be my first choice for staying in the area again.

Simply the best place to stay in Cripple Creek. Wonderful staff, Dawson and Sarah are fantastic and the house itself is amazing. Super comfortable beds with weighted blankets. I felt great when I woke up after a restful nights sleep. I usually bring my own pillow when we travel as I am a bit of a nut on pillows, but did not use it. Super comfy pillows. The kicker, ladies, we get a black face cloth that says "makeup " on it. I always hate leaving mascara on a white face cloth and meant to bring a dark one for that reason but they had it covered. Love love love this place. Do yourself a favor and stay here.
