Crazy Hair Alpacas

Friday before Easter and my DIL made a reservation to visit the alpaca farm and also have the granddaughters hunt for Easter eggs. What a great idea! $30 for the first child and $10 for each child after that. Bring your own bucket and be prepared to receive a fun flower windmill and pick up plastic eggs filled with candy and other treats.Park anywhere, we did. Walk up to the pen with the three alpacas and Andrea, the owner, will tell you about the alpacas and answer any questions you might have. We have several LOL. I didn't know there are about ten alpaca farms in this area of Colorado. Andrea raises her alpacas for show and for their fiber. This was the first year she had offered the Easter Egg Hunt.The girls loved hunting for eggs and we all enjoyed visiting with the alpacas!
