Conrad's Flava Fusion

I'm impressed! It's no secret that there are virtuallyno authentic West-Indian restaurants in Colorado Springs. I highly recommend Conrad's for amazing authentic West Indian/Caribbean food!I've been here now 3 times before and had a greatexperience. This is a Family operated business so the vibes just hit different because you can't definitely taste the culture in the food. Mr. Conrad and his family do and amazing job. Now to the food and drinks- I ordered a Mango Peach Lemonade which is freshly squeezed and taste so delicious. me at the moment. Both were great! Proof of agreat drink as it was both well-balancedand not overly sweet. The Jerk chicken was wonderful and was out ofthis world! It's clearly done very right.Incredible flavors and the chicken was cooked toperfection. I recommend staring with Mild if you're someone like me who or age and can't take too much heat . Even the sides be bussin!! Everything was seasoned just like how it would taste in Jamaica. It almost made me feel like I was back on the island.

Nothing but the best from Conrad's. The ox tails with rice and peas is absolutely amazing! Excellent customer service every time I go!

We just had to go to the Wednesday food truck rodeo on Academy and when we saw the lemonade sign on Conrad's truck the kids just had to order from there. The lemonade is amazing! Real lemons and not too sweet. We'll never drink the fake stuff again. We got the ribs and the chicken plates. The ribs just fall off the bones. So good and not too spicy for the kids. We like the chicken too but the sauce had too much of a bite for the littles. The rice was a big hit and we all even liked the cole slaw. We are now fans of Conrad!

Jamaican jerk is their fair. Served with rice and slaw. It was just ok, chicken and rib combo plate $16. Slaw is very vinigery.

I've had this place three times in about 2 years. Every times I check it out, it's so yummy lemonade is on point too but I really enjoy it.

Food and Service was amazing, they also always makes you feel extremely welcome. And their lemonades are to die for!!

I paid $26(including drink) for 2 pieces of "Cod" and 4 shrimp. Well, the fish was the exact same kind of "Cod" you find in the Gordon's box and the shrimp you can find in your local supermarket next to the frozen potatoes. I don't recommend this food truck.

Highly Recommended food made by Good people in love! So flavorful and not spicy dishes too for people like me! I had the ribs, rice, and plantains and omg it was so delicious!! Thank you so much for your guidance in menú choice given my sensitive stomach! The mango-strawberry real sugar lemonade was bomb too!! GOD Bless Your business and family!!

Boyfriend's first time here and said it was the best he's ever had in CO. He drank the lemonade before I could take a photo and said it's the best lemonade ever. The woman who served us was friendly and we would go back if in town or if they go to Denver.

While at a festival I noticed the long waiting to order from Conrad's food truck. To be honest, I wasn't in the mood for Jamaican food but my wife really wanted it. So we waited and bruh, that jerk chicken was . The staff was nice and professional as well. Big shout out to Conrad and his crew. I hope Rasta gets a brick and mortar restaurant soon because he's killin it!
