Pretty darn excited about these guys! Local small business who have been around for years - when I needed my laptop fixed fast they came to me to pick it up, kept me informed along the way and brought it back directly to my house (after extensive testing to make sure the problem was fixed). I knew exactly what I was being charged and why. In my home town I had a friend that was "my computer repair guy" who I trusted with my computer and my sensitive information. I didn't know what to do in the Springs and now I feel like I know an expert again (thanks Vince) who I can call when computer issues are outside of my limited troubleshooting know-how. Great customer service and quaity, I highly recommend this convenient computer repair services and will be using them again on future computer needs.

Don't waste your time coming here. Online it says how they buy "used" desktops. They have an entire paragraph talking about how easy it is to sell and walking out with cash in hand. That's a complete joke! I went in and asked if they buy used desktops and the guy was rude saying "look around, we buy new stuff." He didn't care to ask me what I had or bother to take a look. This place is a complete joke, with very poor customer service. I'd give them 0 stars if possible.

Vince is the best! Fixed the broken DC port (the laptop fell off the bed and on the plug that was still in the pc) with a lot of ingenuity and epoxy. Great service, will be going back.

Terrible service. This company is a joke. Despite assuring me they could fix my computer, the first technician spent 2 hours and couldn't even recommend a solution. STAY CLEAR, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This place is a wonderful hidden gem. Totally worth the search. I went to these guys based on the many glowing reviews I found, and they were all true. I got my screen repaired in a couple days. Very reasonably priced. Great customer service. I definitely recommend and will return for future repairs. They've got some used computers for sale too, cheaper than amazon.

Having placed a very critical review on 3/22/2017, I am here to "upgrade" that review. Yes, everything I mentioned before was true and what has happened since is why I have changed my rating from "1 star" to "4 stars". After a serious discussion with Vince on the failure of my hard drive on a refurbished computer from this company, he did what most businesses fail to do these days. Vince took the extra effort to retrieve most of my files, the most important being my pictures of grandkids. He also installed a brand new hard drive to replace the previous drive that initially passed all the common tests, but had a catastrophic failure once I took it home after roughly 10 hours of use. He did not have to do this. The paperwork was clear that their warranty was for 30 days and I brought it back three months after the warranty had expired. While my frustration was valid (Vince agreed) I thought I had lost invaluable pictures that could not be replaced. As I mentioned in my previous review, I did lose my taxes and previous year's taxes, but a few calls to the IRS fixed this and I consider it just another one of life's hurdles and nothing at fault for this business. I will give this business my future attention. They did not have to go the extra level they did and they simply could have written me off as a "difficult customer". Vince and I had a very intellectual discussion when I picked up my repaired computer. Most store owners are hard pressed to even acknowledge most customers, let alone go to the lengths that he did to discuss the issues that I had. Go to this businesses for fair and reasonable service. You won't be disappointed.
