Comfort Suites Colorado Springs East - Medical Center Area

Spent the night here, door kept being opened by some random homeless guy. Went to sleep woke up with a spider crawling on me. Staff was extremely rude and made fun of my race when I wasn't near. DONT GO HERE

I was initially impressed newer hotel clean rooms,great breakfast .However I was looking forward to the pool and hot tub. The pool was dirty and the hot tub did not work. I asked the night clerk about it she was not at all polite and could care less about being helpful. So there you have it the good the bad and the disappointing.

This is a great place to stay , reasonably priced, clean, fluffy pillows and comforters are so soft, the breakfast is delicious lots to choose from.and the staff are so nice and friendly especially SEBI , he was smiling everytime I saw him at the front desk.and such a hard worker he was outside cleaning something on the sidewalk, it's so nice to see that he takes such pride in his job, and making people happy and comfortable were they are staying. I will definitely be back in the near future, and its in a good neighborhood, and the grocery store and many other stores to eat at right in the same parking lot.

This was the best choice hotel brand hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything was clean brand new and updated. The rooms are modern, Comfortable and everything worked. The property was safe well wet and in a good area. This is the only place I'll stay in Colorado Springs going forward.

Comfort Suites called to cancel our reservation an hour before our check-in time. We had even paid extra for early check-in.The reservation was through Booking.com and clearly specified pets. The hotel informed us that our cat could not stay there.We are on a trip across the country and were just stopping in Colorado Springs for a quick bite and some sleep. This forced us to find a last minute expensive accommodation instead of our well-planned stay at Comfort Suites.I'm not sure who to blame the most yet, but Comfort Suites gets a 1 star rating for the late notice on a reservation made well in advance.

This affordable hotel was a little out of the way. It was clean and easy to check in and out. The beds were comfortable and the room quiet. We got a decent sleep.

Nice. Will stay again. Mid level brand and property however it's new. Rates very competitive so far

I stayed here for a Business Meeting for five days. This hotel is new and it is incredibly beautiful. Two hotels in one. This is a perfect place to stay while in Colorado Springs. Staff is great and they provide great service and directions. I have to admit, I usually stay at another hotel nearby, and this is my new home away from home. GREAT JOB! to all of the Staff.
