Great ambiance in this joint. Great seating options, nice bar and plenty of space.The service was fantastic. Keaton treated and greeted us so well. Please ask for him as your server the next time! The food is great! We did have our steak and pork chop overcooked the first time but they were nice enough to take them back and recook us some new ones. The second ones came out perfect!The manager was super friendly and happy to help us out on the bill even though it was not necessary to do so.Definitely recommend this place!

I am definitely a bit disappointed to do this update. I was definitely underwhelmed by my visit with friends for dinner here last night. Two of our steaks were not cooked correctly and had to go back. The salmon salad was just okay. And the au gratin potatoes had great flavor but were soaked in a runny sauce not traditional baked and solid. The wedge salad was really good though! The best part we all agreed was the desserts and drinks! Honestly speaking there just needs to be some tweaks that can really make this place something special! When you are paying this kind of money for quality food your expectations are high. It is clean and service was good but wasn't consistent. Not sure if they were short staffed..but our waitress kept swapping out! But both were good overall.

A New Years Eve night at Rib and Chop House. Waitress was very friendly and gave us the right amount of attention. I looked forward to my Banging Salmon. Tasted okay except it was quite salty. The sauce on it was perfect for my side broccoli.

It's been a while since we have been here and we reminded ourselves why. I didn't picture it but I also got the unlimited mimosa...which was essentially 90% juice and 20% cheap sparkling wine. In my opinion I would increase the price (14/person) and add more wine vs juice. Service was good. Food was mid. The hot honey goat cheese didn't mention garlic on the menu but the sourdough was covered in it and it took over the flavor completely. We also saw and tasted no hot honey. The grabbers were basically flavorless other than something sweet that reminded us of breakfast but we couldn't figure out where that was coming from. We wouldn't order again. And again it'll prob be plenty of time before we come back. It's no wonder this place is never busy. They are way too expensive for the quality of food.

Great food, great atmosphere, great customers here too, just good vibes overall; however, 4/5 because the waitresses and waiters here kept changing nonstop at our table and we didn't know who our actual server was so that was confusing. We had 3 throughout the whole dinner and we were there from 4-5:30 so wasn't even crowded yet. They have tons of TVs around the bar area of the restaurant though and a great bar with good options! Would recommend and would come back, hopefully with one main server though lol
