Colorado Smokehouse

Drive thru only, too long of a wait today for my order. Burt ends were just ok but cold!Note: Following BO reply: I love my BBQ and understand time and good cooking, waited 35 minutes in line. Locations drive does not allow you to leave line and leave. They had a sign in front of door saying drive thru only that day. I drove one block and had my ends under a shade tree and they were COLD!

Customer Service & Food is delicious! I've gotten the brisket, beans, and potato salad!

I ordered the Burnt Ends sandwich after looking at some of the pictures on Yelp. I was so disappointed over 80% of the meat was fat and gristle, I gagged....I ended up eating the bun with very little meat and sauce. My father had the pulled pork sandwich, he said it good but at room temperature. The positive part was the sauce was good. Perhaps Colorado Smokehouse should only sell the sauce, that is why I am giving it 2 stars.I have eaten here in the past a few time and it was always really good. I don't know what happened, maybe there are new owners. I know a couple ran it before but I didn't see them today. I just know I won't be eating here again. I like to support small independent restaurants but I will not be returning to Colorado Smokehouse.

Great BBQ! Burnt ends were dynamite. Friends had pulled pork and liked it too. Mac n cheese side was a winner along with potato salad. Coleslaw had a nice tang.

Ordered the two-meat dinner. Links and brisket. Links were omitted. Also ordered a half rack of ribs. Both the ribs and brisket were too dry to enjoy. Nothing tasty. Waste of time and money. Last visit.

I'm so happy that my partner and I decided to stop by. Their food is always delicious, and I can honestly say I cannot make it better at home on my own.We bought a pound of brisket, some rib tips, potato salad, and macaroni and cheese. The meat was tender and juicy, and their special barbecue sauces are to die for. The potato salad was seasoned perfectly, and the potatoes were cooked just right. That mac and cheese though... so good. There was no taste or feeling of fake, shelf stable cheese. I will definitely be ordering more macaroni and cheese the next time we stop by.No, they don't take discounts, but they are fighting to keep their prices the same. I'm so happy that they are still around, as their barbecue is some of the best I've had in the Colorado Springs area.If you're not sure what type of sauce you want, ask for the awesome sauce! You won't regret it.

I've only been once and been meaning to go back. The food here is amazing and has a tremendous amount of flavor. If you enjoy excellent smoked meats this is your place for sure. Staff are very nice and knowledgeable about their product and recommendations.

My hubby just ordered the rib plate with a side of brisket. Complete waste of money.. the brisket was very dry and the ribs were gross. Nice people/ service but Hell No!!Looks like we will be sticking with The Chuckwagon!

Boiled Ribs!?! I hate to give a bad review but the ribs were not smoked but really! Spare ribs at that!

Let me just explain something for everyone reading this, I am a born and raised texan and ate BBQ every week. I have tried many places out here in Colorado and not one has gotten close to texas BBQ but here. Every time i have gone the food has always been delicious and warm and i got my food within 10-15 minutes. The first couple of times i went there was a older women and a younger women working and they were very friendly and helpful. The last couple of times i have gone it has been different people but just as good of service. My only complaints about this place are 1) there needs to be more of them here in Colorado as i would eat here way more often and 2) the drive thru needs to be repaved. I definitely recommend the burnt end sandwich if you can get one as its the best thing i have gotten here and if you are a picky eater like me the mac and cheese and potato salad are delicious and don't taste like the cheap crap most places buy from the store like kraft.
