Amazing ExperienceMy first time skydiving and it was incredible. Signing all the waivers and the scary warning signs didn't put me off. The staff were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. Lots of emphasis on safety. This was a tandem jump which was a good thing. I was enjoying the free fall so much I would probably have forgotten to pull the rip cord.They have a photographer jump with you, Rusty had done more than 7,000 jumps and took some great pictures and video which you can purchase after viewing on the ground.The small plane is packed with other skydivers and takes you up to 12,000ft above the ground, so a long way down! Jumping out the plane is not scary, the ground is so far away it doesn't seem real, and this is from someone who is afraid of heights!!! Aerin had no problem getting me out the plane, he took care of stabilizing us as we somersaulted out of the plane.I can honestly say I didn't feel scared at all, the staff were brilliant and engendered a sense of confidence.Would I do it again?In a heartbeat.

Colorado mountain Skydive is an absolute MUST for anyone wanting to skydive in Colorado. The staff is professional kind experience friendly! This was an absolute ball, I had so much fun I did it twice!!! Paul was my instructor, he's fantastic! And Matt took amazing photos, thank you to everybody!

This business cancelled on my party 3 times in a row. Twice the morning of when we had already driven the 4 hours down there and spent the evening in a hotel. They have been completely and utterly rude in every single interaction we have had. Additionally, they sent my refund to the wrong address. They hung up on me as soon as I expressed my displeasure with their lack of customer service. They decided to refuse to allow my friend to use her deposit that had already been paid as well. So essentially they stole $100 from us, lost the $150 they were supposed to send me back, and had zero problem canceling on us 3 times in a row with little to no notice. They were rude and unhelpful.Do not use their services.

My son gifted me to go skydiving with him and am so glad I went! I've been wanting to go for a very long time, but was hesitant due to what if's. Glad I did it, it was such an amazing experience. I highly recommend them, the view was so beautiful, the staff was helpful and great service!

What an excellent experience. 21st Bday Gift to my Daughter was absolutely perfect. From ground to the sky and back perfect. So easy to book, Cade our pilot was a pro and amazing. Jacko & Caleb were 100% pros and made us feel totally at ease with our first jumps. This is the real deal and also very affordable. Look no farther if you want to jump safely and have an experience of a lifetime! BTW landed on our feet for the first landing! Jacko, I didn't end up wearing the "brown" pants. From Tom & Jade, you all are the absolute BEST!

This is your place to go for skydiving! The views are amazing (one of the few skydiving places in Colorado where you can actually see mountains!). The experience is unlike any other and the staff know that! They make it a very comfortable, relaxed, and enjoyable experience. For my first time, I couldn't have had a better flight at a better place. jayko (hope I'm spelling right), and Jason were great and made the whole process go by smoothly. Not to mention, all while making sure I don't die in the air they were getting some awesome photos of me skydiving. It was great! Lastly, the customer service cannot go without mentioning, in every way they made sure we were accommodated and got everything we needed. Special shout-out to Lynne! She was the sweetest over the phone while helping set up our reservation and went above and beyond making sure everything went well.

I wish I could give Royal Gorge Skydive a higher score, since jumping out a plane is an amazing experience, no matter what! But it could have been better in a lot of ways.First, my boyfriend and I bought Groupon deals for Royal Gorge Skydive, two tandem skydives that include video/photos. It was an awesome deal! And we made reservations to go on a Wednesday which made it even cheaper.It was my first time skydiving, so was nervous and excited all at once! When we arrived, no one greeted us or made us feel welcome. We were instructed to speak to the 'lady in orange,' who later introduced herself as Tammy. Tammy was great - very sweet/helpful! She had us watch a liability video and sign waivers for our jump. Meanwhile, other guests were given more instructions and practiced their "super Jesus" poses. We saw this happening, but we never got to practice. We waited for almost an hour watching four other people jump. The plane/helicopter could only fit two people at a time. During our one hour wait, no one talked to us. We tried asking questions and engaging with the staff who were really short with us. Most were smoking or eating McDonalds. Without any practice or explanation of what to expect, we were next. We were strapped into our harnesses and being taken to the plane. To be honest, I had no idea what was going on but just went with it. When we took off on the plane, we began to go over the instructions on how to pose. I had no idea what to expect with the freefall or how long it would be. My boyfriend jumped first and when it was my turn, the clear glasses they provided were flailing all over the place. For most of my freefall, I was just trying to hold onto the glasses that were put on me too loose. Eventually, they flew off and I had to pretty much close my eyes because the wind was so hard I could barely see. The next thing I knew, the freefall was over and the parachute opened. It all happened too quick! Unfortunately, I didn't know what to expect and would have tried to enjoy the jump more had I known it was going to be so short.The rest of the glide was smooth sailing and my instructor let me turn and guide the chute. That was fun. But I get that that isn't the skydiving part! When we landed, we were told we would see our photos and video posted online that evening, but they haven't been posted yet.Overall, Royal Gorge Skydive was exactly what three stars encompasses: A-OK. I'm glad I did it! But it could have been better for my first time! Will definitely try skydiving again in the future and make sure my glasses are on tight enough!

The dictionary defines superlative as: of the highest kind, quality, or order, surpassing all else, or others. Supreme. I define it as the boys at the Royal Gorge Skydive. They are of the highest kind, quality, and order. Supreme.In other words I had the time of my life, my wife and I were terrified I literately felt like my heart was going to leap out of my chest. The team made me feel reassured that they've done this millions of times and made me feel safe. I conquered the sky's I felt so complete shortly after. Nothing short of perfection. Thanks boys!

Friendly Staff! Very knowledgeable. My first jump Jacko was my tandem instructor.He was amazing! Very patient with a 65 YO clumsy person! I would definitely recommend! I had a perfect experience!

UNSAFE. My chute tangled up while falling which resulted in us having to cut our line mid air and redeploy the backup chute. Very rough landing and scary experience. The lady, who I assume was management, then proceeded to make a bad situation even worse. She did not apologize, said the malfunction was "part of the experience that I signed up for", they deleted the video of my jump so I didn't get any video recording that everyone else got (she lied and said the video "malfunctioned", even though she deleted it), and they absolutely refused any type of discount. I explained how terrifying the situation was and she simply said "you landed safely didn't you?" My friends and I left in shock at how poorly she handled the situation. If this is your first time and you're nervous to jump, don't go here.
