We were staying nearby and decided to walk over for lunch. The wait was on the longer side, but absolutely worth it! The restaurant is clean and comfortable. Service was friendly and prompt. The beers are great!Food was hot and so delicious! I chose the Mt. Bierstad burger with fries and it was probably one of the best burgers I've had in a long time - highly recommend!Will definitely come back the next time we are in the area.

First time guests and we felt like family!! Seated nearly immediately on a Sunday afternoon. We chose to sit outside and the patio is so inviting with plentiful tables and chairs along with a fire pit for cooler days. Server was outstanding. Tables were bussed as soon as they emptied. Food and beer were perfect!! Burgers flavorful and cooked perfectly. Son lived his pizza. Salmons tacos were excellent- the salsa was beautifully balanced with heat and fresh flavors. Honey lavender ale (seasonal) was fresh and perfect for a warm summer afternoon pairs perfectly with a burger. Kids lived their root beer- brewed in house- full bodies with deep flavors. Top notch lunch for us!

The service is really good.. kudos to the bartender...I had the boneless chicken wings.. unfortunately they don't offer anything but a hot version for buffalo sauce...I was unaware of that little fact.. they were too hot for me to finish... it would be nice if they offered a milder version of the buffalo sauce..

Our party of five was seated straight away when we arrived right around 5p on a Friday!The more spice-tolerant members of our group thoroughly enjoyed the Bison Poppers while our spice-sissies tried the Venison Eggrolls - unfortunately, my first one was overcooked and I could only taste the black beans in my second one.Moving on to entrees, my husband and our 14YO both LOVED the Bison Meatloaf Wellington - it truly is a tasty treat! I tired the Pepita Crusted Salmon and though I was disappointed I couldn't taste more of the pumpkins seeds in the crust, the salmon was cooked nicely and the mango salsa DID NOT disappoint, neither did the portion...I didn't realize it came with a whole garden! I also tried the Bison Chili; unfortunately, its spice level exceeded my sissy tolerance.If you like to indulge with dessert, the Triple Chocolate Cake is ABSOLUTELY where it's at and don't let the menu description fool you - it's a mousse layer, NOT pudding!This location is ideal for hotels on/around Interquest Pkwy and it has a large paved parking lot.This is a new CO Springs favorite for us - we'll be back!

The truffle fries are to die for! You must try them! I'd return here if in town specifically to eat those! Ha! Our server was friendly, attentive and on top of things. I had a cup of the bison chili which was pretty good, but I swear nothing can compare to those awesome fries! Beautiful views from the restaurant and right behind the movie theatre, and nearby to Great Wolf lodge. Go order those truffle fries now people, they are so addicting!

Went there for lunch today,with my family. The pictures looked nice and the menu was good so we decided to try it. The waiter came he was pleasant asked what we wanted to drink we gave him our order my daughter requested a taste of a beer he brought it with the rest of our order and left for about @5 minutes before he came and got my daughter order and finally brought her beer. We order our app and meal at the same time because the seemed to be running behind. I asked the waiter about the quantity of meat on the Ruben he said it had quite a bit. So I ordered it. See picture below more tasteless sauerkraut than meat about 3 slice. I was very disappointed because I would have and should have ordered something else
