Really awesome little marketplace where they bake their own bread and pastries, prepare all their grilled and smoked meats (including brisket) and make many varieties of delicious, prepared, healthy foods like salads, sandwiches and soups. They also have many dessert options, dangerous! We made a pit stop here between driving from Denver back to Phoenix and this place was such a delight to visit!All the staff are very helpful and friendly and dogs leashed are allowed inside! We picked up breakfast items (chorizo breakfast burrito and brisket breakfast burrito - about $6-7 a piece), steak salad ($11 for small), hatch chile & cheddar bread loaf ($7), blueberry scone, and small macaroni salad ($5). Overall, food was fresh and tasty. Breakfast burritos could use a bit of salsa and either less eggs (or more well cooked eggs). Steak salad was fresh! Macaroni salad could have used some celery salt. Blueberry scone was perfect. Green chile and cheddar loaf has only a very slight chile & cheddar taste. We definitely will be back when in Frisco area again! Definitely support this business!

What an amazing experience and not to mention, EXCEPTIONAL customer service! I live in Texas and I needed a birthday cake for a friend who is working in the area. I called several places in Silverthorne and Heather and her manager came to my rescue. Heather went above and beyond my request and allowed me to pay electronically. Although they don't deliver, they had the order ready for pick up and it was beautifully made from scratch. Turtle Cheescake! Thank you for coming through.

We went in this morning for a quick bite ! Just to check it out .First You will want to enjoy the smell of the fresh baked breads and smoked beef! The service is good friendly and Happy People. working there . We had the breakfast burritos , with smoke brisket egg cheese and potatoes. good stuff ! hope to return for a sandwich 1

A great option for pastries, soup and other wonderful items in Blue Bird! We've dropped in several times since the opening and have been impressed every time. Great breads and other baked goods, savory soups, excellent breakfast sandwiches burritos and other lunch and dinner options. My favorite is the everything bread, but you can't go wrong with any choices here. Top it off with prompt and friendly service.

First review since this place has been open for one full day! On recommendation from the barista at Nomad Coffee House we decided to check out this new place. What looked originally like a hole in the wall in the back of what should become an amazing hang out joint (Blue Bird Marketplace), opened up to a bright, open, and friendly space complete with full ovens and kitchen to make their fresh bread and pastries. It was obvious the blueberry scones just came out of the oven so we picked one to share and we were not disappointed. Light and fluffy - I could have easily eaten one or two more. I loved how they highlighted local products, too. Everything from chocolate and salted caramels to what looks like might become a full deli at some point. Check this place out! Can't wait to come back and support local.

Limited pastries but more importantly the breakfast burrito was half huge chunks of brisket fat so the $12 burrito was really only for a half burrito!I asked the employee about it and he said that they do trim the fat but it's just the gamble the customer takes when they pick their burrito??? No clue what that means beyond "sucks for you".Now it might be the best around as it is a mountain town but I would pass on this place and go somewhere else.

Stopped in on my way to Denver -- always love checking out small businesses over mega corps & thought this would be the go to spot for a sweet treat & to shop locally/show support. Was not acknowledged once, vibes were colder than the outside temp & the ten dollar loaf of sourdough I still chose to buy despite the lack of happiness in that place tasted worse than Wonderbread. Couldn't tell the difference if my last day depended on it. Giving two stars ONLY because the overall building this place was attached to was cool & the parking was easy.

There burritos are terrible. Unless you want nothing but fake egg don't eat their burritos! Both my lady and I got one that was nothing but egg. No joke super disappointed what they said it was and what we both got.

Ordered the apple and French silk pie for pickup. The staff were friendly over the phone and in person. Both pies were incredibly delicious! The whole family loved them. Had to take a 20 min nap after to recover

Very good gluten free options! Nice people and easy to get to considering the town! Cozy little atmosphere with lots of options!
