Called ahead to ask if they could redo the adhesive to my screen since it was falling out and told them the exact device I have. They said they could fix it in 15 minutes. I drove 30 minutes to get there and was told immediately that they couldn't accept the liability for the screen and wouldn't fix it. So I got to do a one hour round trip after being lied to. Can't attest to the quality of their service. Thanks for the wasted time and gas.

Okay, so this place is a little homely, but I couldn't be happier with the service! It is a no frills kind of place. My Dad totally smashed the screen on his iPhone and who wants to buy a new iPhone if you don't have to! I took the phone in, and the young man behind the counter taught me a little about the phone and then said he could fix it in 30 minutes. I returned about half an hour later and the phone looked brand new! I purchased an Otter box (although they were a little low on selection options). He asked if I'd like to add a glass screen protector, and I said sure. Like a true Pro he installed it instantly without a single air bubble! I walked out paying slightly less than $150. Seriously, I don't even want to think about what a new phone would have costed! I felt like a hero fixing Dad's phone in a day. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!

I was from out of town and had my battery replaced in about an hour. Jammer was very helpful and friendly.He gave me tips on how to properly charge the battery. He even offered a solution if I had a problem after I left Colorado.Thank you again.

Got an iPad mini screen replaced. The service was quick. I was quoted the wrong price over the phone that's why I'm dinging one star.

Went in for an iPhone battery replacement and left the store with a new battery 20 minutes later! I 100% recommend! My phone works like new. It was my first time coming here and I'm always going to come back here if I need anything fixed.

Since getting my screen replaced last month, I've had to get it changed three times due to defective products. this time after getting my screen replaced, the new screen was very glitchy since the day I got replaced, however I was too annoyed to go back and deal with them. Today all of a sudden, a black spot appears on my screen while I was using the phone and streaks ran up the screen from the spot where it normally glitches, I bought my phone back in today to explain what is going on and they refuse to warranty the defective screen. It would be different if I actually dropped my phone and this appeared versus the screen glitching the entire time And then, for the section of the screen, that's been glitching suddenly go black and streak. I spent almost $200 on this service, only to have constant problems with the products. The workers claim that it seems like water intrusion or a drop, but neither are the case. The way the screen looks there would be a obvious dent or crack by the spot.-Spot in screen has changed. Doesn'tcorrespond with water intrusion.- three times! They owe me a refund or a ginuine. Fixed my son's iPhone charging port for free. Took a dental pick and scraped out an old broken-off charger head as we waited. Good old fashioned service.

I thought I could order a replacement screen from Amazon and make this "simple" fix. There are a multitude of unexpected challenges and I gathered up all my parts and pieces and took my remnants to a very nice guy who said this happens more than he ever thought. He took my phone and in 15 minutes had it all back together again and get this...he didn't want to charge me. I was really super impressed and left him some pretty good cash because he saved my phone. Kind, pleasant and helpful in a very large way. Please use this business...they are good, solid people.

They wrecked my computer after doing maintenance I didn't ask for. Told me there was nothing they could do, or would do, because "these things happen." I guess it's normal for these guys to fry motherboards after doing unauthorized work.

Rude employees. Called to get info on a screen protector and case for an iPhone and the employee that answered the phone was super rude and abrasive. Seemed annoyed that I called. Definitely did not make me want to bother even driving over there if this is how they act on the phone. Find better ways to greet your customers then rudely stating "Colorado iPhone Repair" maybe add a Hi or Good Morning. Maybe end the call with a thanks or such. No wonder people shop online these days to avoid rude employees at brick and mortar stores.
