I have dealt with this company on three separate occasions. The first two went smoothly, the third one was like dealing with Junior High School aged CHILDREN ESPECIALLY the manager JASON and the CSR young lady who is plopped down on the couch like a 5 year old watching cartoons, while playing on her cell phone. The ONLY person who is professional with respect would be a gentleman by the name of Jesse. They do not ALWAYS do the work themselves. They farm it out to other companies or people leaving no repercussions for mistakes when they break your merchandise. I would not recommend. Go to a company professionally ran and one that does the work themselves.

Phone Screen Repair: efficient, quality service at $100 less than other shops. They also had after market replacement screen in stock, whereas others had to order. Plus, I like supporting local small business vs. chains. Highly recommend.

Been here a few times, great service and advice every time. Last visit was a froze up i-pad that appeared dead. They were able to revive it and though it was an update needed, it was beyond our scope of knowing that or how-to. I was out of there in a few minutes and all they accepted was my thanks. Very good place to get help. Make them your first stop.

Love this place they fix my PlayStation 4 and give me a new hard drive so all my original data over to the new hard drive for me as well! This place is great. I just happened to buy PS5 there as well. Great service!!! my PlayStation worked great afterwards and left happy with the new system!

Well I broke my screen again! I took it in to Colorado Gadget Fix they had the screen in stock and got it fixed right away. 2 days later I realized that the finger lock was not working I took it back in, They try Repair it but couldn't get it to work They were very honest and told me that they had broken the screen in their attempt, but since they had already used their last screen they had to order another one. Which they overnighted, and had it the next day which they'd then installed, and I got my phone back in perfect working order with no extra charge. I appreciate their integrity.And as I said before, the things I value are 1 quality, 2 customer service, and 3 price
