Colorado BBQ

Very quaint atmosphere as you walk in. You receive immediate service so you can place your order right away. Every order is hand Made so it takes a minute or two but well worth the wait. I had a pulled pork sandwich and a small side of Mac and Cheese. Their idea of a small side is anything but. You can feed 2 people with it. The pulled pork sandwich was to die for. Also with a ton of meat and man was it delicious. Having lived in Texas for over 30 years I know BBQ, man this is a killer place to eat. 5 Stars to be sure.

What a delightful surprise inside Highside Brewing! My partner and I hung out here for a few hours waiting for our friends to get to the Airbnb (they were bringing all the food) so it was perfect that we got to enjoy some craft brews and freshly smoked BBQ. I got brisket, he got salmon. We shared some sides. It was a perfect date. Plus it was fun hanging out with the guy working the smoker as well as the Highside bartender.

Great bbq! It's more of a window in a brewery! Exceeded my expectations and the brewery's awesome too definitely worth a stop!
