Colonel Mustard's Sandwich Emporium

The food is good...but small portions should be expected not a lot of meat on the inside maybe an inch thick tops. There was $1.5 of pastrami on it and it's a $16 sandwich. My father and I both got one and ended up paying $42.5 for two sandwiches and a coke pretty unbelievable if you ask me. Cali prices for a Colorado springs sandwich. Service was nice we were treated respectful. The restaurant is clean and has a nice vibe. I am very off put by the prices! I usually don't leave a $16 meal hungry.

Holy cow. So delicious. I had the French Dip and my husband had the Sgt. Pepper. Both were damn phenomenal. We're talking, not just a home run, and an inside the park home run. Truly great. Cute little spot, very friendly staff, kick ass sandwiches.

Sandwiches are always tasty and made fresh to order. Highly recommend for breakfast or lunch, eat in or carry out.

They definitely have a CLUE about sandwiches and mustard. We had the London Broil on a pretzel roll and chicken salad and both were great. As custom deli's go, this one was a pleasant surprise!

Stopped here for sandwiches on the way down to Canon City. The website had us at their Colorado Springs awards - my husband got the London Broil sandwich and I got the hot ham and cheese. We did takeaway and also got Community chips and a Sasquatch birthday confetti cookie. The sandwiches were tasty but for size to price ratio, it was definitely not worth it. My small ham and cheese was $10 and my husbands was $15. I've had better and /or bigger sandwiches at those prices. The shop itself was cute inside - there was various mustard-related decor and some products for sale. Everyone at the store was super friendly, just can't get behind those prices!

Great lunch spot! Food is fresh and delicious. The food came out quickly and the owner brought us out a sample of mustard ice cream. Def would recommend.

Yummy!!!We were looking for something local that we haven't tried before and were feeling sandwiches. Colonel Mustard's hit the spot! The employees were all friendly and helpful. Our sandwiches were so delicious too! The tables and floors were kept clean. As we were sitting and savoring, we were offered samples of mustard ice cream! It was sooooo good!!! That Sasquatch cookie was amazing too. So, I did see a 3% service charge on my receipt, just as a warning to others. I didn't ask if they accept cash but if you use a card you'll pay a fee. Also there's not a soda machine, you pick out your beverage from the refrigerator or they have a water dispenser if you'd rather. I recommend giving them a go!

Colonel Mustard's is the best place for the perfect lunch sandwich. I got the pastrami and my other 1/2 got the meatball sub. You can tell how fresh and homemade all the ingredients are with every bite of a sandwich. Their service is amazing. I have dined in there as well as had food delivered to me and both have been perfect. When I've had the food delivered to me, it's still nice and warm and that's very important. The ambience is very laid-back and casual but you can tell this business cares about its employees and their customers. I highly recommend Colonel Mustard's if you're looking for the perfect lunch sandwich.

Went once scanned my card and this place stole my personal information tied to my debit card without my permission. I got a email today after eating lunch there yesterday. After calling them no one could tell me how this happened. Eventually I got the owner on the phone and she told me it was the card reading system they have. It just takes your private information without your permission. This information was not posted anywheres. Nor did I choose to opt into anything in their computer system when I scanned. Well the owner obviously set it up so who gave her permission to take my information? I don't know what they are ableTo do with my information now.I'll be contacting Colorados buisness bureau over this. It's highly illegal. Will never step foot in this place again. Even though the food was good.
