Charged me $17 dollars to fax a couple documents ( over $1 per page). Only after waiting 15 minutes for their slow machine to send was I informed of the outrageous price. Additionally the staff is not friendly and the place was messy. Look elsewhere or buy your own machine. It might be cheaper.

I love this place! The customer service is fantastic. I especially love Ashley, she is so helpful and patient. Highly recommend this place for your printing jobs!!!

I've been a loyal customer of Copy It for 10+ years, patiently waiting through long lines, incorrect orders, poor proofs in order to support a local small business. For all of these years, it's been a mutually supportive relationship as I, too, am a small business owner. Every penny saved is worth saving. Today, I was refused a standing smallbusiness discount because I am not "a realtor or Mary Kay lady". Copy It has lost my business and all of the business of my small business ......

Ashely was very helpful in showing me all the options for the print job I needed as well as giving me all of the different pricing options so I could stay within budget. My order was ready within an hour of submitting it, and the end result is exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely be using Copy It again in the future.

Called ahead of time to see if a service could be done, was told yes. After Driving over 30 mins to get to the store, I was told it couldn't be done. Assistant manager was asleep in the back. Horrible place.

I run a local nonprofit and have worked with copy it and copy experts for several years. Last week I ran in with a same day job, they were happy to accommodate me. Then we discovered a page was reversed in the layout I had brought. The manager was fantastic and helped fix the issue and then produced my show program in less time than promised including folding and collating and double sided prints in the same afternoon. They went above and beyond. I completely recommend the north academy location.
