What a hidden gem! Coati Uprise is the perfect little spot for anyone looking to explore a variety of great food in one place. The place itself is super cute--there's such a cozy, welcoming vibe, and it feels like a mini food hub with a ton of unique little restaurants inside. Whether you're in the mood for something savory, sweet, or a bit of both, you'll find something here to satisfy your cravings.Parking can be a bit tricky, especially during peak hours, but we were able to find street parking nearby without too much trouble. Just be prepared for a little hunt if you're going at a busy time, though!The variety of food options makes it a great spot to bring friends or family. You can easily spend hours sampling different dishes, chatting, and just enjoying the fun atmosphere. Definitely will be back to explore more of the offerings next time! If you're looking for a chill place with a lot of food options, Coati Uprise is definitely worth checking out.

It's a very cute spot to hang out, meet up, get something quick & grab a drink . I ordered mini corn dogs & fries & a few cocktails Food was good & service was good as well.

Coati uprise the great place to go to definitely what would turn to me is that it's more like a hole in the wall done well I didn't enjoy the ambience without doubt the scenery was outstanding. Amazing customer service is a little simplistic. I mean kind of just take care of yourself at the same time just order your drink and come back when you're done food well it's more bar food so it's not really big selection at the same time. It wasn't that it was horrible. Just not a really big selection to choose from.

Multi-purpose space with lots of eats and drinks and artwork. Seemingly popping up everywhere around the country, food halls are on trend and COATI was a good space to check out. Albeit small, luckily they have an upstairs and even more things to do up top. Lots of bites and fun decor throughout, a good spot to check out if in the area!

Visited Arepapi last weekend with my (very excited) Colombian husband. They were quite tasty and we will definitely be back! I had the Gringo and he had the Mother Clucker. It's inside an amazing food hall, which was quiet when we visited (11am or so). Lots of places to sit, some of the tables were not cleaned, which was weird because they had just opened for the day.

A fun spot to go with a group who with different preferences. Coati has a handful of different vendors you can pick from that offer an array of cuisines ranging from Korean to American fare. My pick was the vendor Anju and I was pretty satisfied with my selection. Because of the many options you have inside the food hall long lines aren't common, even during prime dinner time. The Bibim Bowl spoke to me and it also answered. This dish has great flavor from beef bulgogi and a decent amount of heat from the spicy sprouts. However, I was also intrigued by some of their other options like the Bulgogi fries and fried dumplings. I see a round two at Anju in my near future.

Super cute food hall with really good music & vibes. The food selection was great, I ate Hawaiian food & my daughter had something from the Korean spot. There was also seafood, Mediterranean & for dessert a Paletas booth and at least 2 bars. They were playing good music and the food hall was decorated with plants, I think there was a small plant store but it was closed when we arrived at 9 PM. I would definitely go back, especially with a big group, plenty of seating & food variety!

This is a great place to go with friends or even a date. The vibe is so artsy and hipster vibe. Music plays in the background and you have an array of restaurants to choose from. Coatis being one of them. I would definitely recommend for a place to hang in Colorado Springs. Loved it.

Food was honestly so disappointing from the sandwich shop near the front. Mid af and overpriced for what you actually get. Ambiance is great, definitely a unique spot. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED though. 14$ for a single shot, bottom shelf gin and tonic....
