We like to buy locally when possible so when we were in the market for a new love seat and coffee table, we hit it just right with Classic Furniture. Going to their showroom gave us the pleasure of trying out many couches and tables in person; something you just can't experience when purchasing online. We love our new furniture and Kathy our sales lady was such a sweetheart. No matter what we needed, (measuring tape, pen and paper, answers to every question we had, even chocolates!) she supplied. She was very friendly and no pushy sales act. We needed to return the coffee table we bought that day and lucked out and found one at the showroom that would work better for our situation, otherwise we would have had to pay a stiff "restocking fee" which was our only concern. So when you buy, be sure you buy to keep. Otherwise, our furniture is very solid, very comfy and very affordable considering we hit a sale. Delivery was very pleasant, smooth and quick. We've bought from Classic Furniture in the past as well and will again in the future. Thank you, Classic Furniture.

Outstanding service!Today a few pieces of furniture from Classic Furniture here in Canon City, CO. The staff were incredibly helpful in assisting me in my search for the correct coffee nook table and chair set. I knew my wife liked this set and I wanted it delivered while she was out of town for the morning. Classic Furniture immediately contacted the delivery staff and they arrived within 1/2 hour from the time I left the store. These guys were friendly, professional and just a joy to be around. I have had the worst experience with this place! I called a month ago now trying to sell my furniture and was told to email the owner to have our furniture looked at. So I did that and waited about a week and called asking if there was any news. She told me to go ahead and email the pictures of the furniture again. I stated we were on a slight time crunch and how long this would take. She proceeded to tell me pretty rudely that the owner has been busy and that if I needed it done by a certain time that it probably wouldn't happen and that I was pretty much S.O.L. And as if I was an inconvenience to their business. I was a little frustrated and emailed the pictures again and it's been 4 weeks since my first email and 4 emails later and I have yet to hear anything. The customer service experience I got was not a great one by any means and I will be taking my business else where

Awesome store!!! It's never the same store, they keep a great inventory of high quality furniture and home decor at unbeatable prices. They often carry name-brand furniture and it is always in great conditon. The owners are very friendly and if they don't have what you're looking for will call you when it comes in next. Beats paying double, triple or even more for the same thing at retail furniture stores.
