My mother and I came into Clark's around 13:15 on Black Friday 2017. The moment we walked in the door we were greeted and asked if we needed any assistance finding anything. We decided to browse before asking for assistance. I was looking for a pair of below the knee boots in black. I found a wonderful pair and before I could reach my hand out to touch them a kind women started giving me useful information about the boots. I asked for them in my size and she quickly went to the back to find them. Within a minute or so she sat me down, took out the boots and I was trying them on. Excellent service! The boots were beautiful but slightly tight on the thigh. The women assisting me immediately went to the back and got the next size up. I tried these on and walked around the store. Then I tried one of each to see which felt better. I ended up with my usual size knowing that leather gives slightly after it's been worn. The woman packed the boots up nicely and put the other pair back. I continued to browse the store with the boots box in hand. After a minute or store she is back and told me she could hold my boots behind the counter for me so I did not have to lug them around the store while looking at more boots, this was greatly appreciated. My mother had a similar experience with a young male helping her, she also found a pair of boots that she loved. The young gentleman was very helpful! Both boot purchases we saved a good chunk of money, which is always a good thing! Both my mother and I were impressed with the attentiveness of the people working there and will definitely be back when we are in the area looking for high quality boots.

Let me just start off by saying that I absolutely love Clark shoes! I own 2 privos, mary janes, and a pair of heals from them. I travel a lot so I get really excited when I see one of their stores. I actually had been looking for a pair of boots, so I thought it would be perfect to buy them while I was in CO. Until, I came into this particular store! From the moment I walked in, It had such a negative vibe. I couldn't pinpoint if it was the people, the layout, the temp. It sure didn't have that warm and fuzzy feeling that you get when they are passionate about there shoes as I am. They clearly looked at me like I wasn't worth approaching (did I look like I didn't have any money or something!) The Temp outside was 45degrees and windy, do you think that the doors to a retail store should be wide open? I asked the woman who worked there if she wouldn't mind closing them...I was shivering with my jacket on and her response was. "we are getting more business because we have the doors open" so she left it open. Never mind my business right? I actually was ready to buy that day and now my experience with Clarks is tainted because of her retarded response! Excuse me lady, but if the temperature inside is quite cold then that will quickly make customers leave!I would rather spend the money and fly back to England to buy my shoes then come back into your store again!

Was in from out of town, needed some dress shoes in a pinch. Went in a few days ago and was helped by a young lady named Marilyn. She was polite, knowledgeable, and wanted to make sure the shoes I left with fit perfectly. I walked out with TWO pairs of sale shoes for $99. Not too many shoes stores these days have a brannock device laying out in the open, that's always a good sign.

LOVE Clarks Shoes and so glad there's one at The Promenade. My experience has been very good at this location, but I do tend to shop off hours, during weekdays, when there are less people to serve. I feel the need for a new pair or three....... see you soon Clarks!

Same experience as matt's from April. Waited 15 minutes and then walked out. I like the shoes but the service at this location is lacking.

I needed shoes for a business trip. I walked in and browsed for fifteen minutes without a salesperson asking to help. So I walked out and won't be back.

My dog chewed up my 2 year old Clark's shoes. :( I took them into the store and told them the situation. The girl who helped me, Megan, took the shoe and looked in her system to see if she could find the model in any of their warehouses. Unfortunately they weren't available anywhere. So we shopped for something that would be just as good. I need very comfortable shoes because I have fibromyalgia which causes pain in my legs. She listened to my needs and we tried 6 different types of shoes until we found the right one. This was a great location and Megan was very helpful. Thank you!

They sold me socks with a "lifetime guarantee" - happen to be the biggest junk socks that wear holes faster than any ever. They decided to no longer honor the GUARANTEE and simply said "too bad, it is a corporate decision." Ethical practices like this will lose my shoe business, too.

Outstanding customer service-thank you Thomas. Went far and above my expectations-yes, you pay more for Clarks-they last a long time and are very comfortable. And they will help you resolve ANY issue you have, and do it with a smile! Thomas, you rock.

I'm so sad that Pandora B.'s experience at the Briargate store on 1/30/2013 was not to her liking. I just want to say each and every visit I have with the staff at this store is warm and accommodating, never mind the weather conditions. My experience is that they try very hard to meet my needs even to the point of making sure I get all available discounts and/or shipping items to my door if a item is not in stock. Here's a suggestion Pandora B., consider all variables in your previous encounter, give this store another opportunity to serve you, including speaking to the manager on duty of your past experience, just to save the airfare to England alone. Blessings to all of us in these United States of America. Be grateful.
