I never knew this park existed it was a big accident as in driving out from a picnic and trail hike and wait what's that, omg an amazing park! Yep a random fun stop at a park that we have made a point to return to multiple times this summer. We love it!!!! The kids love it!!! It's great for all ages and has plenty of space to have a family picnic. We like to call this castle park because it reminds us of our fav park back in Kansas my daughter loved but this one is even better in a great community with great shade coverage.

Gorgeous park with a playground, a little gazebo and lots of grass. No bathrooms but there's a porter potty. Street parking only. There's a dog park a block away

Such an adorable park in the middle of a quaint neighborhood of Georgetown. Right off the freeway by the visitor center. Very clean and well maintained with a potty and trash cans. Also has picnic benches, a gondola, a fireplace, and stoves. Lots of slides and bridges and things to climb and swing from for the little ones. 10/10

We camd to town to ride the train and this seemed like the perfect place to stop and let the kids run around before our 45 minute car ride back to Breckenridge. What a great playground! It's mostly made of wood. And while it doesn't appear to be brand new, it's in great shape and quite unique. Our kids had a lovely time. I even enjoyed exploring with them!

This park isn't like one you will find in the city. Instead of colorful plastic, you feel like you are exploring a forest and climbing into a fort. Your kids will want to spends hours here. Bring a lunch to eat at one of the many picnic tables or in the gorgeous gazebo. We live just down the street so we'll probably see you there!

Beautiful park, great playground! This is a perfect little park in the middle of town. It has an incredible playground with a tree house, castle, swings, monkey bars, wooden cars and trains. We stopped here after lunch to let our 4 year old burn off some energy and ended up staying for 2 hours. I think he had just as much fun as he did riding the Georgetown Loop Railroad.

Ok, so this is an absolutely magical place for sure. My three year old granddaughter loved playing in the "castle" like forts and many places to hide and pretend and explore. There were plenty of picnic tables, big wonderful shade trees, slides and even a tire swing. The woodwork and architecture of the playground area was super unique and well constructed. I appreciated that the ground was made of a soft material to keep running and jumping children safe from injuries. So why four stars instead of five? I took our little one to the "bathroom" - a porta potty type structure in a small building. Gross, as most porta potties are, but this one seemed way past it's prime. It needed to be "dumped" if you will, and badly in need of a general disinfecting. The thing that really irritated me though was the complete lack of anything to clean ones' hands. No sanitation device whatsoever. Really? This beautiful park, practically worthy of charging admission couldn't afford to purchase a wall dispenser of some kind of hand sanitizer?! Not only is it disgusting to have to use that kind of facility, but it's the beginning of flu season. As a nurse, a mom, and a person trying to coexist in this world, I consider it irresponsible and just plain nasty. Do better park committee!!

This is an incredible park that allows kids to really use their imagination. The soft rubber ground is nice, but kids have flung sand from the sandbox all over it. We stopped here after riding the train and our 1 year old could run around. The only down side I saw to it was that there really isn't anything geared for the super small kids. They do not have any regular swings, only a couple of tire swings, that had been taken over by the local teenagers. It seems like they should have some swings for the babies.I am sure for an older kid this would be the most awesome place to play. They haven have a puppet theatre with seating!

I had a 6 year old, 7 year old, 9 year old and a 12 year old with me when we visited this park and it was a blast! !! We were there 2 hours and only left because it started to rain. I highly suggest this park.
