My husband and I walked in and started to look at the cases. (We were looking for rings).The owner had no interest in welcoming us. Not even after the vendor told him he could help us while she finished unloading her product. The vendor had better customer service skills.Needless to say, we will take our business elsewhere.

This is an incredible little jewelry shop and definitely worth the stop. Dan is very knowledge about the different kinds of turquoise he has available in his store and can explain the differences in the mining of it. A wonderful shop with incredible people and products! The owner is extremely knowledgeable, as it is his employee who works with him. They are both incredibly friendly as well.The jewelry is absolutely beautiful! I feel the prices are fair, considering the excellent quality. There are so many things to choose from, if you don't find at least three or four things you fall in love with, I would be shocked. We found far more than that!The service we received once we decided on a piece was also stellar. It is a 2 1/2 hour trip from our home, and we would come up here again just for this experience. We found a piece that coordinated beautifully with a piece my father-in-law made in the 70s. I never in 1 million years, thought we would come across something so perfect.
