Chelseys Wings Burgers & Spirits

Ok, so this is not a place I would frequent regularly but their food was AMAZING and just what I wanted on a weekday afternoon. It is basically a bar and was pretty much empty when we came here. We got the jalapeno poppers to share. I got the avocado club sandwich with Pueblo chillies and grilled onions. My friend got a California burger. Everything was delicious! The poppers were hot with gooey cream cheese. The California burger was perfectly cooked with avocados and deliciousness. That avocado club with the onions and the pueblo chillies is one of the best things I've ever eaten. Even the potato fries were crunchy and soft at the same time. Everything had a homemade feel to it, which made us love the food more. All in all, come here for the food, if the ambiance isn't really your thing. It is really good! The place is quiet in the afternoon so that should be a good time to enjoy the food.

So the place is downtown, not a lot going on in downtown Pueblo. You walk in there is music playing, TVs on the wall. Service is quick but food seems to take a bit . I don't know if that is because of lack of workers or just the norm. There is a pool table and lots of things all over. I think this is what makes the atmosphere exciting. TVs are on the wall, lots of funny pictures.I was right about short on staff, the guy that takes the orders and has to go in the back to cook. The burgers are amazing!! Wow I cannot say anything bad about the burgers just that they are awesome!!

The cheeseburgers are great! The fries are fresh, real cut potatoes. Very yummy. The green chili is very hot but the green chili cheese fries were pretty disappointing as the cheese was clumped on top of the pile of fries and had hardened up, without cheese throughout the fries. A different type of cheese that stays soft would be better. All in all the food tastes delicious. Would recommend

The food was good I felt like I was a bother to the waitress. We had to ask to have our table washed and the flies were so horrible. Your feet stuck to the floor. I won't be back.

We ordered DoorDash from this restaurant and everything was amazing! In think the wings were my favorite! Can't wait to check out in person!

Awesome burgers!! and we even ordered on take out. Oh and also on a Sunday afternoon. Great service, received our food in a reasonable amount of time. Will definitely come back.

It was nice to see an old school bar with a pool table and music. They serve large portions which were relatively good, reminded me of my early 20's and hanging out at bar to drink and eat bar food.

Best wings in town, it's not even close. Get the Texas Teriyaki. Order a pint. Thank me later

Burgers are good stuff fries and sweet potato fries are really good. I miss the 4 for 20 special but understand that we all are getting screwed because the economy sucks and we live in a stupid state that encourages stupid laws that hamstring businesses trying to make a profit

The past few times I've been my burger has been raw and made incorrectly I tried it this one and last time my kids wanted to eat there and of course was wrong again. My onion rings were missing I called and she said I could get a credit next time .. ok then I get home my son's burger was missing the bacon and yes of course my burger was raw yet again even when I had asked for it to be cooked well done there was pink areas and even raw in some of it I know now never to eat there again
