Chef Valerio Castellano

I am utterly fortunate to know Valerio; he is one of the best chefs I've ever met. He is extremely meticulous with his work. I am so glad I have gotten to travel to Italy under the care of his team and I am glad to be able to learn from him! I am a forever student/participant and aspiring Italian chef! Grazie, signore!

Whether Valerio is preparing a meal for 5 or 25, it will be delicious and he pairs wines beautifully! Anytime I can eat a meal he has prepared, I will go.

Chef Valerio's events are a heady combination of fabulous food, wine and social mingling ...what's not to love? First of all, the menu is exceptional because these are authentic Italian dishes with fresh ingredients. You can cook as much as you like or you can stand back and watch; it's all very hands-on or hands-free depending on your preference. Meantime you mix and mingle and drink wine and sample all the different bottles that everyone has brought, or sip on the wines that Valerio has chosen for the specific event. Meeting everyone and talking about a common shared passion is a beautiful way to spend the evening! On the most recent event that I attended we brought a bottle of wine and our own glasses and sampled from about four different wines. It was a great way to try a lot of different wines that I wouldn't normally buy, to see how all of them taste paired with that evening's menu. Seem to be a very lively crew of regulars at these events who are very happy to bring you into their world of fine food, wine and Bon Italia! ...Highly encourage everyone to try one of these events and I'm sure you'll come back for more!

I can't find better Italian Food outside of Italy. Chef Valerio is Outstanding. We had our Company Party and the Buffet Food he prepared for us was superb.

Chef Valerio prepared the most amazing delicious dinner for me and my family. My immediate family flew in from allover for my 65th birthday. Chef had a huge variety of authentic Italian dishes to choose from. He helped me decide what to have. We also had him pair wines with each course which were perfect. I did not have to lift a finger! The evening couldn't have been better! He is a gracious host and all enjoyed him and the food! My family couldn't stop talking about the delicious dinner and the entire experience all weekend. It really was fabulous. I HIGHLY recommend Chef Valerio Castellano. You will not be disappointed! You will be so happy you hired him for your special occasion. (We live in Evergreen now, not Ft Lauderale!)

Chef Valerio created a wonderful meal for our family. We hired him to prepare a dinner to celebrate my mother's birthday. He is very professional, personable, and his food delivers. It was a great meal that we will remember for some time. If you need a chef for a special occasion, look no further.

I have attended many of Chef Valerio's events over the past year. If you want authentic Italian cuisine, fantastic wine and kind/lovable chef you better hire Valerio! I am a first generation Italian and from New Jersey. I know Italian food and this is the real deal, better than any restaurant in Denver! Run, don't walk to an event or hire him for a special party you won't be sorry.
