Super easy to get to & around. We had a great time and will absolutely return. It's more low key compared to another, larger hot spring resort nearby and we appreciated that. The space is well decorated and the pools relaxing with views all around. The price was fair for the service & experience. The greenhouse / gardens and birds are really neat to see. They've done a great job here!!

Don't miss this spot or the current punch pass deal. This was such a gem to find! Perfect for a few hours on a quiet Thursday night. The service was amazing, the gentleman at the front was so welcoming and accommodating. My birthday was on a Thursday night and we were planning to visit Mount Princeton Hot Springs and Resort for the weekend but didn't have a plan for Thursday night yet. We stumbled across this place on Instagram and thought why not. I'm so glad we did! Price: $150 for the 10 punch pass, which they allow you to use on multiple people and it never expires. So as a party of 7 it was a great deal and we will come another day to use the last 3 punches. The other option was $30 per person entry price. So the punch card was definitely the way to go. It features 3 pools from about 102-109 degrees and testing them all made us feel like the 3 little bears eating porridge The botanical garden was a work in progress and I'm excited to see what it becomes when we return.Tips:Wear slip on shoes and a robe, make entry easy. Pack a big fluffy beach towel to dry off after. Towel rentals were $5 with a $5 hold, most of us had towels but I'd definitely make sure you bring your own and avoid the fee.

New hot springs in the town of Buena Vista. This place is definitely 5 star. Just built last year. The pools are clean and well kept. They have a botanical garden with animals walking around! For $35 it's amazing what you get. Don't let the dirt road and the little sign fool you. This is definitely a gem. I would say it's better than cottonwood hot springs.

There's easy access to the springs. The botanical gardens building is cozy and warm. Friendly lizards are cute. The soaking pools are like swimming pools, and they are a bit small if the facility is busy. If soaking with strangers in your space is cringey for you, then you may not like these hot springs. But we enjoyed our visit very much.

A hidden gem just down the road from downtown Buena Vista! We were on our way to Cottonwood and saw a little sign on a gravel road that said "hot spring". We decided to go on to Cottonwood and if we didn't like it, we'd circle back. Well... Cottonwood was very run down, so we went back down that gravel road. So glad we did!Owned by the same family as the garden center in town, this gem just opened in December 2024. It is beautiful, CLEAN, well-planned, and PEACEFUL. If you have kids, please respect the peace and ask them to be quiet. We had the best time! It was quiet and peaceful, clean... and only a few other guests made it even more serene!

Don't let the dirt road and metal building fool you. Step inside and you'll be met with friendly staff and a beautiful entrance to the back pools. Three pools, very well kept with seating and shade areas. This is a great place to come relax and soak. Highly recommend!!

This was a very nice hot spring experience. But the concrete deck around the hot tubs are very very slippery and dangerous. One of us in our group slipped and fell. Hit hard but could have been worse. NEED TO COAT CONCRETE DECK with anti- slip coating.
