We were treated rudely by the person serving us. See review I posted on Yelp. Your employees need more training about "customer service" and how to talk to people of different ethnicities. He represents you and I certainly wouldn't like him to represent me. Very rude, no common sense or customer service. Does he know that without customers he would be out of a job.

Needed a screen since mine cracked! These guys are super awesome and they made sure to have the screen and they even called me back to let me know they had one. They took their time and were professional. If anyone needs work done this is the place to go!!! Again thanks so much for all your help and I'll be sure to send people your way for repairs.

Just got my Galaxy J7 fixed with a new screen & case for a super-reasonable price, and done the same day! Shelly rocked it! I'm very happy and satisfied! Definitely recommend!

I was referred here by a Sprint employee. Everyone I talked to was very friendly. I hate that it was $200 to fix an iPhone 6s Plus screen (the same apple was going to charge so no real 'money saver' there) but I did get it back within a few hours (I'm sure it was done earlier- I got busy and when I went back to pick it up, it was ready) va mailing it and such with apple. I had no problems with the screen. Looked super nice. I didn't get much use as I just fixed it to trade in but still nice nonetheless.

Fixed both of our screens quickly and without any problems, the phones work great! My boyfriend had his screen cracked and my lcd screen was broken. Just a hour later, both were as good as new!!
