The discovery tour was great!Drew was a great tour guide. He was informative and fun with his jokes. I'd definitely recommend checking out this tour. I plan to come back for the haunted lantern tour in the future! Thanks Drew!

I wish I could give a 3.5. Buying the tickets and checking into the tour was super easy. The cave itself was awesome and well preserved. We really enjoyed looking around and I wasn't as cold as I thought I was going to be. Unfortunately, our tour guide wasn't that great. She kept messing up her story and at one point looked something up on her phone. She also was out of breath a lot making me wonder if she was sick. My one family member with us said she has taken the tour several times and this was by far the worst with the tour guide we had. UGH!Maybe our next visit we will try again and hope to get someone else. Caves were cool though and great view of the mountains at their location.

We took the haunted lantern tour and our tour guide Nina was very good. Legitimately spooky. There are enclosed spaces but it's not that bad and they are not nearly as long as I thought they would be.

I took the Haunted Lantern tour during a recent trip to Colorado, and it was such a unique way to explore the cave! I've done other cave tours before, but nothing compares to this experience. We explored the cave using just a candle and a silver bucket, there's no other light inside so be prepared for that. The floors weren't paved, so it go a bit muddy and slippery at times, so definitely wear the right shoes! The cave was also pretty chilly, so make sure to dress warmly. Our tour guide did an amazing job telling spooky stories about the cave's history, which made the experience even more immersive. While we waited for our tour, we also tried the slingshot ride and got to zipline over the beautiful views! Even if you don't do the tour, this spot is still worth visiting for the scenery and fun activities. I highly recommend Cave of the Winds to anyone visiting Colorado!

I wasn't into the rides, but the tour was pretty good. Our guide was never, but he gave me a few laughs and I learned a bunch. The views here are also awesome. The cave was probably 55 deg F, so it was great for this hot day. You won't need a jacket or anything since the tour is maybe an hour long and it isn't until the very end that the temperature is noticeable. It is worth checking out and I may try the lantern tour next

If I could give this place more stars, I would. We (our group of 3 adults & 2 kids) started on the cliff-side ropes courses, did some rock climbing, & then rode the Bat-a-Pult. When we came back down from our parkour like expedition in the sky, the employees remembered the kiddos' names. We finished our amazing day with a Discovery tour lead by Slim Jim-- who was eccentric (in a great way), well-informed, and very entertaining. All of the employees here really made our day memorable.

Another great tourist attraction. We came during a late tour so we had plenty of parking spaces. Our tour guide was great and shared a lot of good bad jokes (lol). I will say I wish the tour was longer. The 45 minutes went by so fast. They have a tour where you need a lantern or light of your own. I think we'll do that one next time. Either way, we all had so much fun and can't wait for next time. They have a gift shop which their prices are the best I've seen in the springs. We bought a lot of things to take back to others and for ourselves. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Another amazing experience.

Colorado will always hold a special place in my heart. After living here for over a decade and moving away, visiting old haunts and historical memories are the best! It had been many years since we visited the caves and we had a great tour on 10/1 with a younger guide - who was both funny and knowledgeable. He even had our almost 5 year old be his assistant to demonstrate light/dark within the cave system and she got a kick out of that! Customer service was fantastic and the tour was a perfect time for a family (about an hour.) The views are amazing and the beauty within the caves will get you to realize how small we really are. Highly recommend!

Kiara was our tour guide for the Lantern Tour and she was amazing. Her storytelling really made the experience so great and so fun! a memory is insane! At the entrance of the cave you have to crouch over walking for a few minutes and it was definitely a leg workout but it was doable. I'm tall (5'11) and my boyfriend is 6'4 and we were able to make it through. I would recommend this to anyone!!
