Amazing Experience & Stunning Jewelry!I can't say enough great things about this family-owned jewelry store! Last year, Isi helped us reset my wedding ring in gold, and he guided us to the perfect setting. He even let me borrow a similar ring while mine was being prepared, which was such a thoughtful touch. I absolutely love my ring!This Christmas, my husband took me back to have my mom's engagement stone set in a gold pendant with a paperclip chain. Jennifer was amazing in helping us choose the perfect setting and chain. At first, I thought the chain was too long, but it has four different clasp points, allowing it to be worn at different lengths--such an incredible detail! It's now my favorite piece of jewelry, second only to my ring.To top it off, I was lucky enough to win a gorgeous necklace at the CV football auction, and it's a gold pendant of Castle Rock and it's beautiful! I love supporting this wonderful family business, and I'll definitely be back for future pieces. Highly recommend!

Great store. I've brought them two custom jobs and they've knocked it out pf the park both times. They have a smallish, eclectic selection of beautiful prices. I love that it's family run. Complete pros.

This was my first visit to Castle Rocks and Jewelry and it was a great experience.I needed to have a link removed from the band of my Revue Thommen watch. The Owner, Isi Baques, took care of it for me in about 2 minutes, handed the watch back to me and told me, "no charge".During a time when outstanding service is hard to come by, you can count on receiving it here.There is a lot of beautiful jewelry and some pretty impressive art as well.I recommend you stop by and check it out!

He needed a watch band pin to connect the watch band to the watch face. Googled and he wanted to come here. It's such a lovely store. Artwork, jewelry and geodes. They have lovely settings for engagement rings - intricate and some suitable for my slender fingers. I saw the jeweler working in his room and he smiled at me. They replaced his watch band pin right away and took the other watch he decided to start wearing in for battery replacement. Was told they would call once it was done. It took about a week and we went to pick up the watch. Parking was a little more crowded this time but still found a space without issues. The watch seemed to work. When we got home he discovered that the second hand was stuck so he called them. She told him they could check on it and to bring it back in. They would let him know how much the repair would be and he could decide if he wanted to get it fixed. Great service. We will go back to check the watch out.

Got both of my rings resized and a small diamond fixed. Brought it in on a Tuesday and had it back by Friday. Amazing work- would come again.

I never write reviews, but I felt like I had to for this business because I had such an amazing experience. I received a ring from my boyfriend that was passed down from his mother, and it was VERY loved over the time she wore it. Not only did I need it sized from a 7 1/2 to a 4 1/2, but it was extremely bent and scratched. Being this was my first time owning a piece with such sentimental value, I was very nervous to put it in someone else's hands. I decided on this local business, and when I dropped it off I was walked through everything that they thought needed to be done, and how they were going to do it. They let me know it would be finished within a week, so I was pleasantly surprised when I received a "ready for pickup" text message after 3 1/2 days. (I was also surprised with my total at pickup, which was about half as what I was expecting to pay for a service like this.) This ring is so beautiful, and now it can be worn as much and as comfortably as it deserves. I've attached before and after photos of this ring, to show how amazing this was!

Had an issue today that I needed to get a watch adjusted for a military graduation gift. Leaving Wednesday for the graduation and needed a watch sized before I go. I didn't buy the watch at Castle Rock Jewelry and was very pleased by the help, professionalism, and urgency of this store to take such great care of me. Can't thank them enough and recommend them for any of your jewelry needs.
