I am so surprised to see negative reviews on here! I am so grateful that we found KinderCare. We were previously at two other schools and never felt nearly as good about what was being offered as we do here.My girls love going to school every day and they have learned so much. The facility is clean, the teachers are great, and most importantly... my kids are happy.We especially love the administration - they have been super attentive to our family, and my kids absolutely love all the theme days, magic shows, zoo/library visits, etc. they put together. The staff genuinely cares about the work they're doing, and it truly shows in every aspect.KinderCare has exceeded our expectations in every way, and I honestly can't say enough great things about it. Highly recommend!

Our child has been attending for almost a year. We have had a very hard time with communication with the admin staff. For months we have been checking in summer availablily for our oldest two to join (per being told that we would have sibling priority back when we enrolled our youngest). Each time we asked, we were told they were on "THE LIST" and that they didn't know their numbers yet. Each time, the same answer. By telling us each time that "yes, they are on THE LIST", made us feel that we were ok. Now we are less than a month from the school year ending, I asked yet again. This time being told that "yeah, they didn't make it"....... I find the organizing of this program extremely poor. We were told today, "well that's how lists work". No, that is how WAIT lists work... I feel that no one wants to be up front and explain the full circumstances. I feel we were left in the dark and now have to scrabble to find summer help after being told we had "sibling priority". Staff needs to work on better setting expectations for their families. Coming from the school enrollment perspective, There is a very big diffence between being "the list" and being on "the wait list".

Would not recommend. Other than the infant room, this location is a disaster. Especially if your interested in working here, the pay is outrageously low with expectations that go above that pay grade.
