Dealing with Lacee (not sure of spelling) was an absolute delight. Her goal is to find u exactly what u want. She is very patient and caring. She talks to u to help find exactly what will make u happy. She bent over backwards to help me and nothing she had to do was a problem for her. They are all about customer service. Their jewelery is very beautiful with some unique pieces as well. If u want to have any kind of ring made they have limitless molds for u to look at. They will also help u design ur own. I purchased an engagement ring, custom wedding ring, and men's wedding ring from Castle Pines Jewelry. Their service was recommended to me by a coworker. I completely agree with his recommendation that the owner's daughter Lacee, was incredible to work with. She gave me individual attention to explain the basics of picking out the right diamond (the 4 C's). The assistance is more than just what you read on online, she actually shows you individual diamonds and goes over which ones are really important for the diamond you're actually looking to purchase.After picking out the diamond, I was able to custom create a ring that my wife absolutely loved. The service also comes with free semi-annual cleanings for life. We were extremely impressed with the service we received and the jewelry purchased. I couldn't recommend them enough!

I had the best service after going to several jewelers in Denver. Lacee was amazing. We just clicked and I trusted her expertise right away. Amazing store and amazing jewelry. I am allergic to fake jewelry. I brake out very easily. Lacy was able to fix my earrings from my wedding. The hooks are so comfortable. Because of her friendly and fast service, I recommend people to her shop. I love the custom jewelry she has. My husband and I are looking on going back.

I don't understand what is going on with Castle Pines Jewelers. I have done business with them for over 5 years and have been very pleased. However, in November of 2018, I had some diamonds reset. I was very happy with the job they did. I now live out of state and they mailed the items to me promising to send new appraisals for the items. Despite speaking with Lacee twice, who again promised to send the appraisals, I have not received them. I have left several phone messages as the phone is never answered. Are they still in business?
