By far the best Tacos and Burritos my family has had! Take the time and stop you won't be disappointed!!!

I found this place one night as I was driving down Academy. Their food truck was located in the parking lot of a pawn shop across from a house development. Anyway; the food was so amazing! I got the chicken quesadilla, fries with queso and horchata. Everything tasted so good and the food was seasoned to perfection. I am so thankful I've found another small business like this to support in the community. Authentic Mexican food unlike those other chain restaurants that overcharge and underdeliver. The portions were huge, my quesadilla came in 4 and I could only eat 2 and saved the others for lunch next day. Quesadilla were $8 and came with a red and green salsa with sour cream. My total was $13 for all of this! I am definitely going to check them out and try their tacos and burritos next. So yummy If you're in the area check them out

I totally forgot to take a picture as these were so good that I just dug in! I had the al pastor (SO SO good!) and barbacoa. These could be the best street tacos I've ever had. I will definitely be driving all the way here again for tacos.

Went to Castellon food truck off Academy, which is parked in a pawn shop parking lot. What a gem I found. You know a good Mexican taco shop based off the salsas. And man, their red (spicy and roasted flavor) and green sauce (medium and slightly sweet) are money. All made fresh. I'd recommend in ordering their cabeza (super tender and melts in your mouth) and al pastor street tacos. You can also ask for grilled onions and chiles toreados on the side for no extra charge. If you're looking for ambiance, then this is not the place to go. But if you're like me, I care more about the food taste than ambiance, then this is definitely the place to go.

I used to always recommend this taco truck to people on a few pages on Facebook when someone would ask about street tacos... but not anymore. I see someone else had the same issue that they pulled on me twice. It's bad enough that the main woman that works the window is most unfriendly... is it just to non-Spanish speakers or is she like that with everyone? I would overlook it because of the great tacos but when they started not having Al Pastor for lunch I started going in the evening. Then, the time before last I went, I asked for French fries which after they had already charged me told me 10 minutes after waiting that the fryer wasn't warmed up and it would be 20 minutes. They gave me a couple sodas in exchange so I overlooked it. This last time, I ordered 4 Al Pastor tacos and French fries which are always paid up front. Ten minutes later they tell me that the Al Pastor is not ready and it will be 20 minutes. I told them that they did this to me the last time with the French fries and found they hadn't even made my fries yet! What?!?!?! Totally unacceptable and told them I wanted a refund. That was another issue cause they tried to short me $4 and if I hadn't sent the receipt to my email they still would've shorted me the $2 tip I gave. Dunno why I ever gave tips to the lady with no sense of customer service in the first place but times are hard and their tacos are a good price so I thought I was helping out, I guess! Too bad but I guess they didn't like me recommending them or having my business and won't care what I have to say anyway. Oy vey!

Ok, we had to come back and see if it was as good as the last time. Wow, it definitely was. We tried something different just to check out the diversity of the menu. Got the street tacos and Asada fries but swapped for the el pastor meat on both. Awesome, seriously. These guys take pride in their work.

High quality street tacos!! $2 each and comes with a roasted jalapeño!! Great salsa too!!***Location is off Academy next to All American Sports

One of my favorite taco trucks in the area!!! Amazing tacos for a great price and an amazing quesadilla! All of their meats are so flavorful and cooked perfectly!

I got Assad's fries.. I don't eat red meat and I loved them.. very flavorful.Chicken tacos were very good.
