Great Mexican food on the edge of Leadville. We got the large combo platter and were very pleased. They have not been able to serve fried ice cream for over a year due to a supplier issue so that was disappointing but the cost of 4 meals made up for it.

Best stuffed sopapilla I've had in a long time. It was really good! Whenever I'm close to Leadville I always try to make a Casa Blanco run. Fresh, seasoned just right. And the plain sopapillas were huge!

Casa Blanca southwest new mexican food is so delicious&affortable and the owner and there Daughter chantel came&checked on me and my boyfriend she was friendly and helpful. I ordered stuffed sopilla w/red chili lettuce ,cheese tomatoes it delicous as usual and my boyfriend Johnny ordered a chicken burrito he said his burrito was good&yummy and then we ordered 2 sopilla /w honey iv been coming here to casa blanca for a few monthes now its my favorite resturant Thanks to my boyfriend Johnny and thank casa blanca for having a a awesome resturant to dine at

Unfortunately the rumors are true. If you're jot thier local you feel it. Service, aditude etc. I hear how the staff treated me worse over my perceived vote recently. This is the most racist and anti-Semitic place I've experienced in Leadville over 4 years.I was laughed at, intentionally underserved and then told credit cards aren't excepted.Make no mistake as a Jew it's been a long time. But this is legit anti-Semitism folks.Please do not go here.

We just found a new best place for lunch in Leadville. The food was deliciously homemade,and hot (temperature). The spices are pleasing. You know when you are in a good place because you're surrounded by locals. The service was excellent even though there was only one waitress for 13 tables! I understand that there's a shortage of good help in Leadville, so I hope they can keep this one.

HORRIBLE, OVERPRICED, BAD SERVICEAfter ten years of fighting for this place against the other locals and saying it's good, I give up! Prices have been raised 6 times in 5 years, chips and salsa now costs $5 extra that they won't tell you. It took 30 minutes to get our food and we watched four other tables get served that sat after us. Eggs were undercooked, service was terrible! Maybe our comment on the new New Mexico painting made our server who had served us many times over the last decade think we were from some other place? 0/10DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY

Small Mexican restaurant, great place, great food & great service!! Highly recommended!! Will definitely eat here again when we come thru Leadville Colorado!

Good food at a reasonable price. The atmosphere needs some improvement but the food makes up for it. Don't skip the green chili!

The first thing you see is "no credit cards accepted". No bar and the ambiance in the place is not very nice. Tiny bowl of bad chips and tiny bowl of jar salsa. No water offered. Margarita was a lime sugary mix served in a tall plastic glass. My friend had to ask for a refill of his soda twice. The beef quesadilla I ordered was absolute crap and the chicken in the taco was dry and stringy as can be. Judging by my friends enchiladas I'm guessing everything comes from cans. This is the second time I was disappointed there in 5 years and it will be the last.
