Incredibly unprofessional is one thing. All out RUDE is another. I wouldn't have left a review if I wasn't double-charged and caught it on my own after I had left the building. This place is close to home and I drop packages off and buy supplies when I need to. I started a smaller business back in August and I've been using Carefree Postal ever since. I've had a total of 12 packages missing to date. All of the packages have tracking numbers, but they are showing as pre-transit meaning they never left the building. A lady who works there ( possible the owner) loads her vehicle up with the parcels and takes everything to the post office. I want to support this business but I am losing confidence the packages are making it to USPS directly. I've had to send additional products out to customers and it's hurting my bottom line and hurting my reviews. I recommend having USPS pick up your packages directly ( request a pickup ). This way they scan it when they pick it up.

I went in this morning to mail off a 2x2x2 ring box containing a valuable ring and asked the clerk what mailer would be the best. The short, dark haired clerk said she could not give me a recommendation that it was up to me to choose. Her voice had a slight irritated edge to it. As I continued to look over the mailers, I responded by saying that I was not asking her to choose a mailer but that her expertise would be much appreciated. She refused to help me out and then became clearly more irritated, for some reason, at which point I acknowledged her attitude saying that I simply wanted some assistance. She muttered her apparent disgust under her breath at which point I took my business elsewhere. Typically, I am quite an understanding person but unfortunately, this not the first time, by any means, I have had this kind of touchy experience with her. My wife and I were in there last week and had a similar edgy encounter. NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS! I will not return to Carefree Postal Services again nor recommend it to anyone. David and Jane Koskela

I love the convenience and that fact that they always have supplies. However they don't answer the phone and were rude when I asked about a package I mailed 11 days ago. I understand COVID but I've also mailed packages from 3 other post offices and been able to track items which have arrived. They could have been nicer and taken the time to look it up instead of saying they'll email me. I've spent over $100 with them recently. Never again. COVID doesn't give you the right to be rude to someone checking on a package to a loved one. You can answer the phone and tell someone to hold or at least make it to where they can leave voicemail.

So rude. I walked in with four envelopes to send to the federal government for death benefits for my deceased husband and the woman at the desk was insensitive and rude. Her competitor used to always be so friendly and would even pack boxes for you. In this current economy friendlyness gets you business.

I add my negatives to this list. I sent a package to a family member last week and there was NO label even put on the package despite me paying for it. My son received the package, had to go down to the post office to pick it up and had to pay for it himself because they did not put a label on the package to begin with. So I've paid $40 for a package that should have cost me half that. I called today asking what happened and she was very flip about it, made excuses, and wouldn't even let me finish a sentence. I felt so run over as I couldn't even say anything. She was on the defense from the start, probably because, as I'm seeing, the is common for this store. I was obviously very upset. She did not care at all. There is no manager around, just this woman doing everything and every single time I've gone into that store she's been sitting on her cell phone. She gets up to "help" you, and then sits right back down on her phone. I will continue fighting to get my money back but based off of these reviews that's not likely to happen. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! VERY shady and unprofessional.

Would give 0 starts if that was an option. I called to get my tracking number and Amanda told me to wait a minute then hung up the phone. I called back and she started yelling through the phone and said she couldn't give me a tracking number. I hope I can get in contact with an owner soon. I wouldn't waste your time coming here I would just go to an actual postal service.

I'd give them no stars if I could. Not exactly welcoming. Made it clear that they are not a pack and ship. I grabbed materials and tried to find a space to pack it. Even though there were empty spots she was worried a customer might come in and I would be in the way. Although? I thought I was a customer. Instead wanted me to stand in line to use one specific spot. So much trouble I decided to leave and drive elsewhere.
