Went to get some takeout sandwiches and was surprised to see that they offer options for vegetarian/vegan eaters. The service was great and fast and the subs were pretty decent. In a rush I would stop here to get some food.

Service is extremely slow and the employees all look young enough to be in high school. Went in today and it appeared there was no manager on duty or anyone who could take charge and lead. Better eat before you come or prepare for a wait. The worst part of it was that there was no offer or concessions given for the inconvenience

First timer at Capriotti's, and upon entering I thought to myself this seemed too much like a jersey mikes in which I don't like. Anyways I was in a hurry and hungry so I ordered anyway not expecting anything good. I order the waygyu French dip with hot peppers. They called my name and the girl was kind enough to bring it to my table when she saw me getting up. I opened it up and took a bite and was about to get up to buy a bag of chips but immediately I was hit with a whirlwind of tremendous flavors in my mouth. I couldn't believe my taste buds so I had to instantly take another bite to confirm and to my surprise it only got better and better with every bite. I said this is no jersey mikes sub that's for sure! Jersey mikes isn't even close to as good as this! I can say this is by far the best cheesesteak/ sub ever, and maybe even the best thing ive ever had!

The Bobbie is still the best sandwich to order if you like a taste of Thanksgiving. Highly recommend stopping by if you are in Colorado Springs.

We've been wanting to try this place. Finally did 7/15/24. Disappointed. The Philly Steak was unimpressive. Trivelli's is way better. More meat, cheese, juicier! Sorry Capriotti's. Although service was fine, clean place. We won't be going back. Maybe the other locations are better? I dunno......

Tried Capriotti's for the first time today. It was ok. Honestly, I think Firehouse makes a better chipotle chicken sub and Jersey Mike's has cheesesteaks that are just as good. The bill was very high for subs. We arrived at 1pm on a Saturday and after ordering had to stand around awhile for a place to sit. The set up only accommodates 5 parties of 4 or less. Small inside dining area that doesn't lend to getting to sit and chat after you eat as you feel guilty other people can't sit down. Staff was super pleasant and the food wasn't bad-just expensive. Not worth it in my opinion.

Seriously the best cheesesteaks I've ever had. Very generous with the meat without having to pay extra. I've also had the the grilled Italian, French dip and the meatball. Best sandwich place in the springs. Generous toppings-should have posted pics! You won't be disappointed. Surprised at the mediocre reviews. I've been there 3 times in the last couple of months and definitely my new go to for a good sandwich. They are a little pricey for a sandwich but I think the portions are definitely worth it.

First time visitors on a Wednesday evening, February 21, 2024. Wanted to try this sandwich shop as it just recently opened and we saw it from Scheels. Wow, Amazing Good! Best Cheese Steak I have ever had. I ordered the ten inch medium sandwich for $13.99. Made it a combo with chips and a drink for an additional $3.99. My wife ordered the French Dip sandwich and also added the combo chips and drink, another $13.99 plus $3.99. She said it was the best French Dip she ever had. I thought the overall price for two sandwich meals was a bit high at $38.60. We sat down in their dining room and dove into our meals. With almost every bite, our comments were "Wow", "this is Great", "tastes so good", "best ever" and on and on. Their self serve fountain soft drink station has about a dozen choices including Dr. Pepper and Root Beer. Cool. The employees greet each person or family that enters the business with a yell out like "Welcome!" and all employees we saw busily working seemed happy, cheerful and willing to chat with the customers. The dining room overall was more noisy than I like but not surprised given the polished concrete floors and the open style ceiling. It was tough to enjoy conversation in that noisy setting. But, we came there to try out the sandwiches and we were not disappointed. The overall cost was more expensive than we expected, but perhaps partly due to the Wagyu Beef they use. We left full, happy and in agreement that Capriotti's Sandwich Shop at Interquest (near Scheels) served the best sandwiches Ever! We look forward to returning soon and trying other things on their menu. Thanks!

Turkey sandwich was skimpy on the meat for the price...maybe we ordered the wrong thing. I will give it one more try and taste the french dip.
