Not sure what Casey was smokin to leave a one star review but John and his Dad are the best!....They were short handed so the Owner personally brought out a port-a-pottie when I was in a jam....Been dealing with Canon Rental for over ten years....They are the best....

Only got one star because you have to give at least one to write a review. Canon rental deserves ZERO stars! RUDEST employees ever who do not know what they are doing. We rented a hand dolly for two days and they tried to charge us for three days because they were closed for the holiday so we couldn't return it that day. How could it possibly be right that you charge us for an extra day because you closed the shop for New Years? What a rip off. Most stores in this town are small town good people but these people want one thing - your money, not your business.

I don't appreciate doing business with people who can't give accurate information over the phone. I also don't like wasting my gas to get to a place where I'm going to do that business and having to have had the information I could have gotten over the phone had not gone to that place of business in the first place. Y'all need to do a better job at training your personnel to answering questions properly over the phone. 3 hours round trip thanks for nothing Cannon rentals.

Large selection of equipment rentals and great service. They made a mistake with my reservation, but made it right by giving me an upgraded option at the same price. This is a great business to have in Cañon City.
