when you first walk in the gym it looks very boring. but trust me, it is not boring at all. I'd say this gym is more aimed towards women gymnasts though as there are no rings, but they do have mushroom circling and the parallel bars. All the coaches are really fun and the majority of them are young and sweet. You start the class with plenty of stretching, about 15 minutes. Then you go to your apparatus. Normally you get floor, vault, then either bars or beam depending on the week. This gym does not go by levels though, which I find awesome. for recreational girls gymnasts, they offer basic, beginner, advanced beginner, intermediate, and advanced rec. If you are interested in putting your kid in mens gymnastics classes, there is only one class. I can't really name all the toddlers gymnastics but there are 3-4 classes for toddlers. Which is good considering that toddlers are 1-4 years old. This gym offers the casual USAG XCEL classes. Bronze through Diamond and everything in between. What's really fun about this gym is that every 2nd and 4th Saturday they do open gym, where you can come practice your skills. If there was only one gymnasium in Colorado, this should be the one and only gym.
