This is my first time ordering from this company, i am not that pleased. I will give them another shot and update this review if necessary. please see pictures.. the flowers came very full meaning they won't last long. i was expecting some to have bloomed .. but not to this extent. in the future i might call and request flowers that were not fully bloomed. easy delivery and i am pleased with the turnaround time.

Good customer service. Rectified a situation and gave a quality product. Customer service is everything and I have the confidence to buy over and over again from Campbell's because I know it'll be right or made right.

So disappointed. Received flowers for Easter. They died within a day. This has happened to me several times now.

First time ordering from them. The order was delivered on the wrong date. Flower arrangement was nothing to what I expected. No thought while arranging bouquet , ( I feel like it was rushed and messy). Sad because I wanted the person to have a nice experience and she received a poorly made arrangement.

I highly recommend Campbell's Flowers! Needed a nice arrangement for my daughters graduation and did not want to go the grocery store route. The website was super easy to use, pricing was great and delivery was prompt. This place came highly recommended by multiple people and did not disappoint! Thank you for making my daughters special day even better.

15 years ago I would always go here to get flowers for my mother. They were a great florist always fresh beautiful flowers that were fairly priced. I went to Campbell's on Elizabeth June 15, 2019, to purchase flowers for a memorial service. Considering that most of the attendees, including me, were from out of town I thought Campbell's would be a great way to get flowers appropriate for people to be able to take home. After looking at the arrangements they had I decided roses would be a good choice. They only had a total of 5 colored roses 2 yellow and 3 "violet" at a price of $3.50 arranged or $2.50 just wrapped. I told the clerk I would take colored roses just wrapped not arranged and with no greenery and that I wanted 3 dozen Red roses just wrapped also. The clerk said they didn't have that many roses at all. My friend who was with me found a few roses in bunches of a dozen in Campbell's cooler case listed as $21.99 a bunch for a dozen no greenery, stuffed in a cello-cover with an open end in water containers. There were also some other red roses in bunches of six roses - no greenery - in cello-covering - similar to what is at most grocery stores. The clerk told me those were just cash and carry. I wanted 3 dozen but this was a take it or leave it thing and there were only 2 dozen packaged together. I brought those to the counter. The clerk went in a 'back room' and after several minutes came back with the colored roses "wrapped" in plain brown paper - and very poorly wrapped at that. She then said she didn't know if the $21.99 was the right price -we showed her it was the price in the case and it was very clear. The flowers actually were not fresh but this was last minute and they were to hand out to attendees of a memorial service. I asked for a bag for the flowers to carry the flowers to the car. Campbell's clerk informed me that they didn't have any bags. The clerk acted as if this was an unheard of thing but when I told her I didn't want the flowers dripping all over the car the clerk went in the back and came back with a clearly used, very small plastic bag. The flowers did not fit in the bag but it was all I was offered. I had to be pretty insistent to get even that tiny plastic bag and it was just handed to me to put the flowers. The clerk was clearly not going to bag the flowers. They were dripping water. Really!! A flower shop doesn't have bags to carry flowers in? The clerk was totally incompetent, and obviously not interested in sales or in customer service at any level. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service and the product. Also, I didn't miss the fact that I was overcharged for wilted flowers - 2.50 each for 5 wilted colored flowers and 2 dozen wilted flowers at 21.99 each dozen with and the extra 29% on the bill. I realize that there is a tax on purchases but I am still surprised that the local local tax rate would be 29%. I was never given a receipt, so I can't really say what I was actually charged for. I paid cash and the clerk had to go someplace else to get me change. Not a good impression of the clerk, company and the local taxing authority. A company that I used to think was amazing clearly failed to care about quality of product or service. Pretty disgusting. Actually, I later discovered that Sams had fresh roses -even colored roses- at 18 roses for $17.99 - Cash and carry price.
