I've checked out a few yoga studios in town and Cambio remains my favorite. I've been coming to a few 7:15pm classes with my girlfriends and there is always good vibes here. My last class was with Caleb and he is the best-I love that he incorporated a spiritual message about love & understanding into our practice which was also a great vinyasa workout. The hot yoga class was also great and challenging after holding many poses. Cambio is donation based which makes this studio very accessible. All of the instructors I've experienced all extremely welcoming and easy going. The space is very beautiful as well, especially one of the back studios which has a Mountain View and plants.

Such an amazing amount of community, support, and an excellent variety of classes. The pay what you can model is incredible and does not take away from the quality of classes presented. This is the best place I've found for a high quality and accurate practice.

We did the online zen yoga class. It was so relaxing! An hour went by in what felt like 15 minutes. I haven't been to the studio, but I do think that's the next step. I'm a super beginner when it comes to yoga lol!

I have gone to multiple different studios around the area and Cambio is by far, my favorite! Not only is it affordable being a donation based yoga, but the atmosphere is hard to match. I feel as ease as soon as I walk in the door. When I started here I wasn't very familiar with the poses or terms and there was never any judgement. All of the instructors I have had have been compassionate and helpful. I am currently doing their fall challenge, which when purchased makes the classes $3! I am loving trying out new classes! They are also always offering fun new classes for something different to do.Donation based is helpful for me, because it's hard for me to commit to monthly classes, so I am able to go when I can. The app is super easy to use to sign up for classes! I highly recommend trying it out!!

I have been coming to Cambio for years now. It's my favorite yoga studio in the city. I have experimented with other facilities but in the end I always come back to Cambio. It's a combination of their core values -yoga for all- and their clientele -very low key, normal folks. I don't come to yoga to show off my latest outfit, nor do I feel the need to Insta-selfie my perfect messy bun. Same goes for the people who come here. This is not a yoga-for-looks studio. This is a yoga-for-health-and-mind type of studio. So I like it a lot here. They always have teacher training seminars available for both regular and hot yoga tracks. They also offer retreats and specialty classes like Forest Yoga as well as musical events. Staff is helpful, facilities are clean and instructor (Morgan in my case) are very knowledgeable.Feels like a neighborhood studio. Like community. I like it.

My first time here and not my last! I don't live in Colorado, so I am not high altitude fit. To make matters worse, I had never done hot yoga. (If this sounds like a rough combo, it was!) The staff and instructor, and even the other participants were more than inviting, and in no way did I feel like the odd man out when I had to sit out for a few minutes. (To avoid passing out.)Donation only classes? I couldn't believe it. Way better, and much friendlier than any paid class I've attended. This place gives me something to look forward to when I visit the Springs.

I am by no means a "yogi", but I've been able to really experience and enjoy yoga here. I usually take the Yin class, as it's low key enough for my lack of experience to not make me feel like a total fish out of water. I work in a high stress job, so having the opportunity to do the Yin class and "reset" my brain at the beginning of the week makes a difference.I enjoy having the same instructor, as you are able to get used to their teaching style and routines, but also appreciate that they do provide subs when the instructor is out rather than cancelling class.Having a studio that is donation based is a huge plus! My work schedule can be hectic, so I can't always make class, so knowing that I don't need a membership or subscription to attend makes it more affordable for me. Cons are that the class I attend can be VERY crowded. But, the instructor I normally am with is good about making sure the poses don't require a ton of space while also ensuring none of us are constricted in our movements.Make sure you pay attention to parking, so you don't get towed (park facing Austin Bluffs to be safe). Overall, definitely recommend this studio if you're a newbie like me, who enjoys yoga even if you can't pretzel your body like a Barbie doll. This is a great place to try out different yoga styles and find out what works best for you while not forking it a ridiculous amount of money in the process

I have tried a few of the classes here and really enjoyed the teachers. My only gripe is the overall place--check in, waiting area, and studio are very small making it a bit uncomfortable since it gets busy. They are currently expanding so I'll review again when there are improvements. Also note that they are pay-by-donation, which is nice since a lot of places tend to be overpriced.

The best yoga studio in town. They are kind, knowledgeable and non judgmental. Plus you pay what you can. (You do have to pay something as it's a business) I always feel so much better after one of their yoga flow classes
