This cafe at Royal Gorge Bridge & Park offers a limited menu featuring burgers and pizza, a spacious dining area, a spacious patio area, great views, a bar, a good location near the gondolas and friendly service. My grilled chicken sandwich with choice of fries or house kettle chips ($9.99) was brought to my table shortly after I ordered at the counter. The sandwich was very good, with tasty chicken and fresh veggies on a fresh bun. The generous portion of fries was nicely seasoned and tasty without being greasy. The beverage prices were outrageous ($5.25 for a fountain drink), but I liked the staff's focus on keeping the dining area clean. My overall experience was very good.

Food was good but pricy. Served more like cafeteria style. Coke Products and small bar. GREAT VIEW of park. Lots of room.

The Manager said the pizza was great and their own recipe. It was horrible. Also, the whole experience in unorganized. Nobody knows who is next in line.

Not bad. Service was a little slow but I know they're doing their best with limited workers cooking in the back. Good portion for the price.

Pleasantly surprised by this "upscale" cafeteria-style restaurant on the rim of the gorge. Located in the visitors' center at the Royal Gorge Bridge & Park, it had beautiful views from the indoor or outdoor seating area. They had lots to choose from: Some freshly-made deli sandwiches, super cheesy pizza, grilled cheese. My son loved his burger. The fried chicken sandwich with slaw on top was a hit too. The chicken tenders are hand made on site, as are the crunchy potato chips. We did not try them but they nicely offer gluten-free pizza and buns. I LOVED my street tacos, a big bargain too at $2 per taco, with fresh salsa/pico on top. Per their excellent recommendation I added some of the green hot sauce and (my idea) a splash of ranch dressing. Holy moly was that good! I think a few more points for the pork but the beef was nice too. There's a little bar on the side, so you can indulge in an adult beverage. Folks working there were super helpful and friendly. Must try!
