"Today, two friends and I took a SUP yoga class with Colorado SUP Sports! We had a fantastic time at Chatfield reservoir. Here's what you need to know:1) They supply it all- yoga instructor, SUP, life jacket, anchor (so you don't float Away during yoga, and paddle) for $26.50 if you sign up on their website. They'll let you borrow crokies2) Anyone who is comfortable in water and knows downward dog should try it. Very fun, relaxing, and challenging due to the lack of stability even in easy shapes. 3) You actually get in a real flow with warrior 2, reverse warior, plank, tree, side angle, cobra, bridge, wheel, happy baby, crow and inversions (if you dare), and shavasana!"
"My whole family LOVES OmTastic. Robin and Jan are so great with the kids and make yoga fun for them. I love to hear my 7 year old daughter tell me about all the poses she does in the classes. My almost three year old really enjoys their family yoga classes. Their new location at the old Lincoln School is decorated so fun with bright colors. It is a perfect place for practicing yoga with your child."
"I've come to two in person classes and done one virtual class. All were different and all were wonderful. Each teacher was different in the style they chose to teach but they all had one thing in common, they were each so kind and patient and friendly. Seriously great stellar teachers here. I've always felt welcomed and so far as enjoying my journey with learning yoga. Enjoying so much I just signed up for a monthly membership. I just feel so great after I leave and am noticing I'm not as stiff when I wake up in the morning. Forever grateful for that!"
"An absolutely fantastic yoga studio. Since moving here about a year ago I've been going to this location frequently and the instructors have been nothing short of phenomenal. Every class I learn something new and the instructors are great at making you feel welcome and part of the family. The facility is spacious and always clean. The hot yoga classes always bring out a great sweat and they have just about any accessory you need like bolsters, straps, mats, blocks, blankets, etc. The best part is the cold essential oil towels for the final shavasana. I really appreciate all of the staff and Nicole the owner for putting together such a welcoming and engaging studio! They put their hearts into each and every class and that makes a huge difference for people like me. :) "
"First time experience with Hot Yoga, and I must admit that I am so satisfied and happy the instructor provided very thorough instructions. He was clear and very friendly and was ableTo answer any questions I had. Also military friendly with student, military, first time discounts etc! I would Recommended to anyone!"
"We did the online zen yoga class. It was so relaxing! An hour went by in what felt like 15 minutes. I haven't been to the studio, but I do think that's the next step. I'm a super beginner when it comes to yoga lol!"
"Soulga is amazing! I've been looking for a studio like this for a long time, and I'm loving it! The instructors are so friendly and encouraging that it makes working out fun and I actually want to go as much as possible, sometimes I even do 2 classes a day!! My favorite classes are Barre Your Soul and Soulga Strong.Their monthly membership is very affordable and well worth it."
"Wowow, I LOOOOVE this yoga studio! I just found them on ClassPass this week (sorry fellow ClassPassers, they are no longer on the site as of today, but they have their own app / site to book services through). Amanda and Colten are the owners of Satya (which means "truth"), and they both were very welcoming and showed me around the studio (which is super cute and homey) that's been around for 7/8 years now. They told me their classes are more therapeutic than fast-paced which is exactly what I've been looking for -- it's too easy to find a hollow, workout type practice without any depth. Something else unique is the Wall Yoga class that enlists the helps of wall straps and gravity to get some more stretch out of poses like downward dog. I want to take this class next. The studio is located in a building with other like-minded practitioners like an organic esthetician, a masseuse, a somatic therapist, and I believe a reflexologist. Super cool one-stop-shop kind of feel. I first went to the Hip Openers class taught by Amanda. I looooove hip opener classes like this because it's like a mega breath of fresh air. My hips tend to be tight (most women carry stress here), and it doesn't help that I'm on a computer a lot. It was effective yet relaxing. I also had signed up for the Gong Bath class right after the Hip Openers class, and that just happened to be done by Colten (but Amanda and others also offer gong baths, etc.) The room is low-lit with the shades drawn and colorful lights on in the corners, and everyone's head is near the gongs that are in a circle in the middle of the room. This was one of the best sound baths I've ever had. I had some crazy visuals and slipped into a meditative state very quickly. I said the word "cinematic" to describe what I experienced -- it was amazing. Tonight I went to the Mat Pilates class with Amanda which was a different energy, but the most fun I've ever had during Pilates. It was definitely challenging, but slower pace. Amanda and the other class-goers are fun, good people -- it feels like I'm just taking a class with some good friends who actually listen to direction (HA!)This yoga studio also offers yoga therapy, one-on-one sessions, and booked sessions for friends, etc. This is the exact type of community and spiritual-based studio I look for when scouting out yoga (and like-minded activities). I highly recommend being a patron at Satya."
"Amazing experience! Literally melts away the stress of life and leaves you invigorated for days to come. I attended last summer as well. The greatness of this class is validated by it's growth and expansion. This is enjoyable for any skill level or interest - relax on the board and enjoy the water or kick it up to full on yogi; the choice is yours! There is sufficient safety, instruction and quality equipment to keep you at ease. Try it once, you'll be hooked!"

Very nice people and we had a lovely day on the lake. Probably best for newbie SUP people...I took my two young children and it was great.

I had no idea what to expect from either yoga or a yoga studio because I've never done yoga before! I was a little anxious to go and be vulnerable like that with a group of people. My friend graciously invited me and I'm so glad she did because I wanted to get out of my comfort zone. I embarrassingly arrived 5 minutes after the class started due to a cat emergency (*eye roll*), and the woman at the desk, Erika (also an instructor), was so kind to me. She informed me that usually there isn't someone at check in and that they lock the door, so don't be like me and show up late!! When she led me into the Diego room, the class had begun, but the instructor, Rebecca, was kind and welcoming and not mad about me joining late. This definitely calmed my nerves as I really hate to be the late person and interrupt the class- especially a yoga class! On a side note- the studio is really cozy and calming. The Diego room has huge windows to look out of with pretty plants and a great view of the outdoors. The class I attended was "Yoga +". The poses were typical of what I pictured when I 'thought' of yoga in the past. There was a chant in the beginning, then meditation and spiritual prompts throughout, which I really liked. They offer many different kinds of classes, some of them aren't spiritual, some restorative, some hot yoga, etc.I was dealing with imposter syndrome about me not knowing how to do the poses and getting a lot of hip cramps during some poses, so the spiritual prompts helped bring me back to center and focus on the present. Rebecca lets everyone know that she will occasionally walk around to help adjust someone's pose and to raise your hand if you feel uncomfortable with that. I didn't mind, so Rebecca helped me several times and I really appreciated it. Her voice was so calming and she definitely knows what she's doing! She was helpful to me after as well, explaining where to put the mat that I borrowed from the studio after the session. You can rent their mats for $1 I believe, but Rebecca let me use it for free since it was my first time.I went to yoga to better myself and experience something new, and I was glad I went. Depending on my work schedule, I am considering going at least a few times a month or more. It was a great experience physically and mentally. Thank you, Cambio Yoga, for hosting my first yoga experience!

I feel like it was Divine planning that I ended up here. I was planning to gift myself a nurturing yin yoga class on the evening of my birthday as a gift to myself and it turned out to be just that. I was welcomed by warm smiles, and Jasmine offered such sweet energy and a beautifully nurturing and soothing class. She was so attentive with her adjustments and really made me feel so welcomed. (As did the other students in the studio.) Overall very warm atmosphere. Thank you Jasmine for a beautiful birthday class that offered much body and soul nurturance!

I have tried a few of the classes here and really enjoyed the teachers. My only gripe is the overall place--check in, waiting area, and studio are very small making it a bit uncomfortable since it gets busy. They are currently expanding so I'll review again when there are improvements. Also note that they are pay-by-donation, which is nice since a lot of places tend to be overpriced.

I love the studio and Mia and Leah are great. My kids come with me to every class and even though they cannot keep going the entire class they still get a good stretch for a couple of minutes. I been going to the beginners class more often that the Vinyasa; but both classes are great. Leah does put music for the background, which is great. Mask are required when you are in the studio, once you sit down you can take off your mask and 6 feet apart from each other. If you are not on your mat, we are required to wear mask at all times.

"I took a free public outdoor yoga class in Sunken Gardens Park in Denver, so I have never been to their actual studio location. That being said, the Sumits Yoga team, led by April, taught the class and I wanted to recognize how positive the experience was. Though at first the almost overwhelming positivity of the instructor seemed laughable, when I realized halfway through class that 1.) we were already halfway to the end and 2.) I'd been smiling and laughing the entire time, I suddenly became aware of what an amazing class it was. We flowed through poses at the perfect rate and April placed emphasis on meeting your body where it was. For example, if you couldn't tough your head to your legs, simply bend your legs to meet your head! Her ability to make everyone feel like they were getting the most out of their yoga practice was awesome."
"I've been working out here since January (it's now late July) and I am obsessed with this spot.First, the concept. They have workouts led by virtual instructors in infrared sauna rooms that fit a maximum of three people. These workouts are booked ahead of time and either 15 minutes or 45 minutes long. For an introvert with a toddler at home who can sometimes only spare less than an hour to workout, this is perfect!! The workouts will kick your butt but the instructors consistently give modifications so you can still confident in participating even if you aren't at your athletic peak. In addition to the sauna rooms they also have free weights and an FX station in the back so you can use.Second, overall facilities. This place is so clean! I feel like every time I'm there the staff is actively cleaning everything. There's no stinkiness, there's a fully stocked private bathroom you can shower in and a chilled vending machine with everything from healthy snacks to moistened, lemon scented towelettes. They even have lockers with workout supplies you can access for $5 if you forget your Mat and towel.Third, the staff! Every single member of the staff is so sweet and friendly! They are upbeat, positive and so supportive and helpful.I brought my brothers to visit when they were in town and they both said the workouts and visiting with the incredibly friendly staff were some of the highlights from their trip."
"Fabulous shop to rent or buy SUP gear and take classes. I recently took a river SUP class from JB and had a blast. Before getting on the water, JB briefed us on proper safety equipment, how to check the river's flow, what to look out for on the river, etc. On the water, JB was very patient sharing his knowledge and helping us navigate getting in and out of eddies, choosing the best line, how to avoid collisions and more. This class is a MUST if you are interested in river SUP'ing...And even if you'd like to stick with flat water, I'd recommend taking this class just to have the additional knowledge of improving your stability in choppy water or proper stance and paddle technique. The course fee was a great value for the experience, and I'd highly recommend this for anyone just getting into SUP or wanting to brush up on their skills. Also, my husband and I rented boards from Altitude on a separate occasion. JB and Justin had everything ready for us when we arrived at 11 and were very helpful giving us advice on SUP'ing the Platte. We had a wonderful time and the gear we were using was top-notch - so was the customer service. We will definitely use Altitude again. Please check them out and support this awesome local business."
"Tried SUP for the first time on Saturday. I loved the friendly service and the warnings that as first time paddle boarders that the wind could make things hard so we could reschedule if we wanted. We gave it a shot and had a blast! The owner went out with us and gave us great tips. We got pretty far out and he towed my mom in closer to the shore so she wouldn't be nervous. They have paddleboards of all sizes including one for wheelchairs and a family sized ones. You get a safety briefing and then get to go out and play. We really enjoyed talking to the owner about how passionate he is about his business and the park. We will definitely be coming back!"
"Admittedly this was my first yoga class, so it was a real work out to say the least. My friend and I did the hot asana which left me exhausted, but in a wonderful way. Waking up the next morning I'm not sore, and I got a great night sleep. The class was very welcoming for all levels and not once did I feel out of place. I was worried since I've never done anything like this before. We got smiles coming in, and leaving. Checking in is was a breeze, and they even have a small little shop to browse while you wait for class to start, or what have you. Towels were provided and my favorite was that class ended with a cool lavender scented towel placed on your forehead while you get grounded again. This class pushed me out of my comfort zone, and I'm beyond pleased that I signed up for a class to try it!"
"The studio is small but clean and comfortable. It has everything you need from a water bottle refilling fountain to yoga blocks and yoga straps, you can rent a yoga mat if you forget yours and the class sizes were pretty small when I came in. The studio offers hot yoga for prices that are significantly less than core power and if you book using the ClassPass app, you honestly can't get a better price on a hot yoga class anywhere. When I am in town to visit my parents, I will continue to come to the studio for ClassPass bookings of hot yoga"
"The biggest bouldering gym i have been to yet! so many routes, so little muscle. The staff here are great, there is a small workout area with hang boards, a moon board, campus wall, a small section for auto-belay, but the primary focus is bouldering. I was able to flash my first V6 here which makes me think maybe the rating scales are a bit soft, or maybe i got lucky. Still, a great great gym if you like bouldering."
"Came to Root for a grieving workshop suggested by one of my yoga therapists friends who lives out of state. She had met the owner of the studio at one of her yoga teacher training courses and really liked her teaching style. The workshop was very soothing and I was especially surprised by how much I enjoyed the Mudras (chanting). I had never really thought much about the power of having several people humming in unison, but there is something to be said about the healing power of the vibrations as well as the relaxing sounds of the chants. It was a wonderful experience and I would return to the studio again."
"This is the first yoga studio I ever visited and the environment was perfect for me as a beginner. I spent several months working in Pueblo and found this studio to be a nice escape from evenings at the hotel. I would usually practice here one or two nights each week. The studio is spacious, clean, and boasts a large selection of mats, blankets, blocks, bolsters, straps, etc. The restroom/changing area is large enough and decorated nicely. Marcee is a wonderfully patient and encouraging teacher. Often the attendees are of mixed experience levels and she will tune the class to suit the clients. Marcee is also very attentive and will give personalized instruction or focus on areas that you request. I took mostly the Vinyasa classes and some meditation. I also attended a weekend Acro Yoga workshop here. This studio is located on a fairly busy street, so noise from traffic can be heard inside the studio. This is really only a problem during certain times and if there's no music playing.Before/After class take the short walk north to the Arkansas River and check out all of the interesting murals - there's also a walking path along the river."
"I had never been to a yoga studio because I thought yoga wasn't something I could do for so many reasons such as; not flexible enough or in good enough shape you name it that's what was going through my mind. I found out that a new yoga studio was opening in town so I signed up for a class and my life has changed ever since that first class. This studio is truly for everyone that wants to practice yoga and be around positive people that embody what yoga truly is. From the minute you walk through the doors you feel welcomed and feel right at home. Whether you are new to yoga or practice regularly there are classes for all skill levels. I now practice yoga regularly and have been to different yoga studios, when I'm away from Pueblo and no matter what I always say I miss Nova Stella and can't wait to get back!!!"
"Corrine is a very special teacher/instructor! I had never take a class like this before (Restorative Yoga) and even though I was nervous and not sure what to expect my experience was perfect. All of the other students were friendly and welcoming as well! I left VERY relaxed...mentally and physically."
"This is a great little studio with very knowledgeable instructors. They have several classes throughout the day and the space is clean and inviting. When I first signed up they provide a free week so you don't have to commit right away. Definitely recommend practicing here!"
"Getting my groove back into yoga starting with Yoga Restore. Great studio that's in the same complex as Edgewater Public Market, so you know there's definitely ample parking. Shoes off at the entrance and you check in with the reception desk. They have cubbies for you belongings and the whole store front has clothing and accessories for sale. The yoga studio was already warm, but not hot yoga level. We used a bolster and two blocks for our session. Christina was really good addressing us to listen to our bodies and not necessarily her voice, because we all know that we're built different individually. I had a really relaxing time and definitely stretched out parts that needed a little extra work. I felt my toxins left my body last night and I was revive. I was able to sleep a little better last night! Thank you!"
